the customer service experience was great and very helpful. The sofa is poorly made, it's not that comfortable and the top cushion slide off of the sofa all the time(see pics how I keep it in place). It's also lightweight an if you don't place against the wall it will slide back every time you try to sit on it. Also the depth of the seats It is very small, I actually had to remove the back support cushions to have enough space to sit or lay down comfortably(I'm 5’7”, 155lb). I had a small cushion pillows from my previous sofa that I use instead. I had to get rid of my old sofa because it was too big for my new place.The sofa was delivered when it is fully assembled besides the legs. Also, right after I installed the legs I found out that the 5th leg(located in the middle of the sofa) was too high and was lifting one side of the sofa. After I measure all the legs and confirmed that they are all the same size I Realized that the problem was with the sofa and actually the main support wood in the middle of the sofa was broken almost half and was very loose. I contacted the seller and they immediately scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and fix it. The person who came out for the repair was very friendly and fixed the problem by actually cutting short the 5th leg so it will support the sofa evenly he also add several screws to reattach the wood support so it will stay steady(the 5th leg is screwed into this Piece of wood.Overall, if the products weren't that big I definitely was returning it and was looking for a better quality sofa in terms of durability and comfort.Some might find it comfortable if you Have or had a basic sofa with only one flat cushion like a futon.

This couch is PERFECT! All I had to do was screw in the legs and it was done! It got delivered to my apartment and it was about a week earlier than the expected delivery day! I love this couch!

This is great couch! The color and the fabric are perfect. I love that the cushions Velcro on so they do t slide about. This is a firm yet comfortable sofa. It can easily sit 3 people comfortably. The chaise can easily be put at either end of the couch to suit your preference.

I didn't expect it to be the most comfortable piece of furniture in my life.I didn't expect to make it a cherished family heirloom, passed down for generations.I didn't expect it to truly pull the room together.But by God, I did expect to be able to sit on it.After assembly, we proceeded to use it for its intended purpose for approximately one weekend before the extremely weak particle board that the legs screw into gave way, causing the legs to buckle inwards, destroying the frame. It is currently sitting on the ground, much safer to sit on, but infuriating me every time I look at it.

Easy to put together. Love the color. Comfortable. Had it for about 4 months now.

This seller has been wholly unresponsive to the quality issues on this couch. The couch was easy to assemble, and fairly comfortable, but this sturdiness is enough for me to advise anyone against purchasing it. One of the corner legs just tore through the cheap wood they used for base of the couch. I had to move the whole couch to the ground. My new wood floors has scratches across them now as well. Save yourself a waste of money and time with this seller and product.

Me interesó esta sala por el espacio que tengo, además de que es para una zona calurosa. Dude al comprarlo porque vi algunos comentarios de otros clientes en que les faltaba algo, como las patas o algún cojín; sin embargo, a mi me llegó completo y antes del tiempo esperado.El mueble es comodo y resistente para lo que necesito, es para una casa de descanso por lo que es suficiente, no lo uso todos los días y hasta tiene el tamaño suficiente para poder dormir.Me encanta!!!

Lo mandaron incompleto me faltaron dos respaldos y los Dos cojines decorativosFATAL y más xq yo me tengo q encargar de contratar una mensajería para regresarlo y aparte tener q esperar a q me lo vuelvan a mandarLo mínimo q espero es q me lo manden completo

Que decepcion!! Le falta un cojin y no tiene patas :( ahora tengo una sala estilo China, para sentarse casi en el piso :(
