Absolutely delicious!
So this came packed to the brim. I’ve never had Sumac before, and wanted it because I had a recipe I wanted to try and omg this was worth the buy. I don’t know Sumac in general, but it had a wonderful, citrusy/berry flavor and a very bright red coloring. Definitely a spice I’m adding to my regular use. Due to my inexperience with this spice, I cant compare it to other sumac brands, but I can say I’m happy!

This was a new to me spice, I found a recipe I had wanted to try, so took the plunge. I find it very pleasing. Savory and citrusy. It goes well with yogurt cheese. I'm sure I'll find other uses for it.
