Great sealant for exterior products.
This product was recommended to me by our local town painter. He uses this product on historical homes around town. I used it on my white picket fence last summer in Colorado where we have intense sunshine and cold temperatures. So far my fence looks great. I am now using it on exterior wood posts in California. Easy to apply and I like that it is a thick coverage.

Great coverage, fast cure, works great!
Used it to seal a cement floor that was epoxied a few years back (house on a slab) but needed to seal the floor with a rubber coating prior to installing laminate over it all. This stuff really works well to prime the surface for good adhesion. Worth the money for sure.

This is solid base coat, little pricey but good product
We have tried several products(brands and materials) for roof decks over the years and each one had some issues and no one stopped leaks effectively. One quote of this you are good to go. If you are looking to waterproof your roof deck, this is a solid base coat it can go over various material we tried so far on plywood and OSB.Just be sure to quote over with compatible product as this one is not UV resistant by itself. As far as longevity, or durability we are new to this but based on initial tests this seems like a solid product, only complain I have wish it was available in smaller quantity at good price point.

Amazing results for plywood roof on a shed
I used this on bare plywood and it worked great. Its important, however, to follow the directions and do 3 coats with the second adding reinforcement fabric. Then topcoat with max stretch.

So far so good
If you're applying this to bare wood surfaces. Plan on laying extra as it will soak in and start dry rather quickly. It's not an issue if you're expecting it.

I love this product for sealing leaks and cracks
Great product. Used for sealing a few leaks on steps (does need to be top coated though, but works great)

Great product for flat roofs
The elasto barrier has fixed some difficult flat roof spaces that other products failed to seal. After so called "professional" fixes failed I was able to use this product to float into lower leak prone places.

Okay for small projects
I had a over garage deck that leaked and did some damage. Damage repair with lots of flashing and flashing sealant. This product was used as a top coat to protect marine grade plywood. I found it somewhat difficult to lay flat. You get puckers and so on. It's also water based. I'd rather have something that was better for the roof and worse for the environment. I'll likely wind up using about 3x the recommended amount and chase the tiny folds with flashing sealant. I would never use this product to do a real roof. Finally, the joint tape sticks to the backing. You will hate that. Have fun.
