This is a reorder. I’ve experimented with other brands and different coffee strengths and profiles. This now is my favorite, and that’s why I’m buying this again.

Some of the cups are bent & it is hard to get them to catch in the machine so they will engage

Amazon should go back to hard packaging. The damaged capsules are not a one time event. Both the breakfast blend and the Colombia coffees are excellent value and taste great. However, the damage is unacceptable. Never used to happen when cardboard boxes were used.
