I have never tried these before and me and my family didnt really know what to expect. They sort of have a firm jelly like texture and they do not taste anything like garlic, they have a sweet and savoury flavour. Difficult to explain. We like them and have used them in a variety of dishes, from home made burgers, beef stew, pizza, focaccia bread they are really versitile and can be added to so many thins. There is garlic breath from them either. I will be purchasing more, now that the price is cheaper. I urge you to try them and see what you think, I dont think you will be disappointed, we like trying un usual flavours and this is definitely that.

My first time purchasing this particular brand, but it did not disappoint. Fresh solo black garlic, easy peel, just right amount of firmness for slicing and taste was spot on. Won’t hesitate to purchase again.

This is delicious and it’s supposed to help lower your blood pressure. Some people cook with it but we like to eat it. It’s sweet and doesn’t give you garlicky smelling breath
