Pouch fine, insert not the best.
If you planned to mount this on a plate carrier/chest rig or battle belt don't bother. The insert is highly convoluted compared to other IFAKs and has less space for typical items you would find in one . The insert matches the dimensions of the pouch almost perfectly so once you take it out forget about stuffing it back in quickly. Its definitely not meant for items that are vacuum sealed or rigid like compression bandages. You can fit one israeli bandage securely but only in the middle elastic and good luck zipping it up. The zippers will get caught on the insert or you will have a bulge on the zipper Iine, putting the insert back will most likely be a 2 handed operation and if you are injured you may not have that luxury. I only got this because I am a snowflake that likes Atacs which almost no one makes a medical pouch for. Unfortunately I may have to get a all in one sealed insert because the pouch cant stand on its own as a ifak or I might just get a refund. There is a row of very tight molle on the bottom with a drawstring ,it cannot fit a CAT for sure but the pouch has a interior net pocket that fits one. Now the insert would make a great "ouch pouch" because it has a lot of elastic for smaller items and stuff that's not vacuum sealed. You are not gonna use this in a emergency on yourself with ease with the carry methods I mentioned.

The insert takes up to much of the pouch.
First of all the quality is what Helikon-Tex is known for. A strong well built kit ready to take a beating. That being said all of the reviews claiming that, once full, the insert will not allow the pouch to close is absolutely correct, especially with any larger trauma items. The TQ is ment to be placed in the cordage on the bottom, but even so the empty pouch alone is almost enough to stuff the pouch. That said if you're going to turn it into a booboo kit it will get the job done fine. My NAR shears fit well in the shear holder, and the removable strap is handy. Even if you want to use it without the insert, options are there.

4/5 stars
Pros:-Us Woodland pattern was true-Cordura was true-YKK zippers were trueCons:-Molle straps were not true molle. Their sizing was true but the straps just folded under the last row of webbing instead of snapping or clipping. They would br functional except there isnt enough room to slide them in place in you're using the last row, which you should be. Thus, its a medium sized pouch that could only be attached at 2/4 rows of molle.

Good product as usual!
I am working to become a community first responder , hence been stocking up on smaller IFAK for personal and volunteer use. Currently been using the insert with my bag, but sometimes I don’t want to lug the whole bag around, which is now possible with the pouch.. since I have a another insert, I can also prepare another FAK set.

A bit over priced.
I would have given it a 5 * review. But as you can see it's not packed to compassaty and you struggle to close it fully. The scissors are standard medical shears. I've tried to re-pack with basic kit, that is needed for what I need. and it still doesn't pack well to pop back into the main outer pouch. Shame really as it's quite expensive.Unless someone has any other Ways of filling it with a decent first aid kit. I'm still on the fence with this one.

Professionale.
Perfetto e spazioso come first aid kit.

Daumen hoch Helikon. Gefällt mir.Klare Kaufempfehlung.
