Excellent collar if, like me, you seek a collar that is both supportive and comfortable. Some other brands I have tried over the years have too much 'give' for my use. Breg has a supportive yet comfortable platform that is perfect for hours of wear. Thank you, Amazon, for having them on your website.

I use it for an unusual purpose of keeping my chin up while sleeping to decrease apnea episodes when I am on my CPAP machine. I turn it upside down for even more support (chin cutout facing down). Washes and air dries well. I do weekly put a length of cotton stockingette over it to combat oily neck smell over the week, which cuts down the need for more frequent washing.

A perfect collar at a VERY reasonable price

This neck brace provides zero neck support in the rear. The back of my neck is left in horrible pain while the front is being supported.
