I really have no idea if they are ldoing me anygood or not but the price is good and I have read the benefits of the product so I will keep on taking them.

I remember when this first came out & the rave about how good for the brain & heart;Recently I decided 2 give it a try, after having a brief talk with my P.A. About the time I began taking it, my antidepressant ran out & I never went 2 pickup refill. Several weeks into taking COQ10, I noticed I was “finding” words easier, & felt generally better. It’s been 6 wks or so now; I continue 2 feel happier, I’m accomplishing more, & i’m Laughing more😊Frankly, I had no expectations of feeling differently, & am quite surprised.....but this new capsule is the only addition to my intake. So I’m planning 2 continue taking it, & at my next medical appt, discussing my reactions with my PA.If there’s a change, I’ll b back 2 update that!

The delivery courier did a fabulous job, above and beyond what you might expect. Our mail room was closed, so she worked out how to find us in the apartment building (not as easy as you’d think) and brought it up in person!
