Survived WDW
These bands served their purpose as readable ID bands throughout a 2 week vacation to Walt Disney World. My babies (1 & 2 at the time of the trip) sucked on them, went to the water parks, and got wet and sticky from any number of things. Yes, the permanent marker faded, but all three are still readable, the marker can be re-applied, and so a pack of three per kid is more than enough for a 2 week (or even 3-4 week) trip. The kids could not get these off, and they did not/would not fall off until I took them off (provided they were snapped on correctly to begin with). Each day began with, "Time to put on your Magic Band!" - Being these bracelets, as they are too young to need tickets, and therefore their own actual Magic Bands, but they thought it was cool to have a bracelet of their own.So, go ahead and stop your 45 minute Amazon search for the perfect baby ID band and just get these. The price is right, and they work. Just use a regular thickness sharpy and make sure you snap it on right. Consider them trip disposables and move on to more exciting prep purchases.

does not work. Sharpie ink rubbed off
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This is a child safety id bracelet. I used it according to directions and the ink rubbed off while my son wore it at Disneyland. Its a worthless product and Amazon should not be selling it. Not one size fits all. Was too large for my 3 year old son’s wrist. I had to put it on his ankle which was not ideal. I hooked a second onto his belt loop on his pants. The listing is misleading. Even on his pants the ink smeared and rubbed off and I waited a day before using the bracelet after I wrote our info on it with permanent ink. It's a good concept and I really hope someone invents something better. The clasp worked well that is why I gave 2 stars. Perhaps there is a way to get the info on this bracelet another way and use it. Maybe tape over the info?

Peace of mind
These are great little bracelets for outings with my kiddos. We often visit the zoo, and although my kids are always by my side, they are still young enough that if they were to get separated from me, I wouldn't trust they could accurately give someone their phone number. So, I got these, keep them in my car at all times, and every time we are about to go into some place like the zoo, or a museum, or whatever, we just put them on. I do not anticipate ever actually needing these, but they provide me with a peace of mind in knowing that if the worst were to happen, my kids have some information ON them!

Buy it!!!!
Buy it! You won’t regret it. As a mom of a 3 year old non-verbal autistic child, this gave me peace of mind. Granted, we don’t let him out of our sight but you can never be too careful. I used these on our vacation. I felt having this band on his wrist in an unfamiliar location was best. It was comfortable, and he never tried to take it off his wrist. The sharpie does fade some, but you can still read it just fine. I assumed that would happen. Just write over top of it if you need. It survived two days at a water park. The durability is great. 5 stars!!!!

Good for Travel
We were traveling internationally with our 5 and 7 year old. They know our number, but probably wouldn't remember it if they were in a panic. It was comforting to know they could point out the bracelet if needed in an emergency for a way to contact us the parents. The only complaint would be that after 2-3 days of wear, the writing was more dull and smeared and more difficult to read. You can still tell what it says but, it is more difficult to read. Also, the telephone number is in the part of the clip where it connects and can potentially get harmed or a hole in it and make it more difficult to read. But overalll it served its purpose and made us feel more comfortable traveling with our children.

For 3 and under
I didn’t read that these were for 3 and under. I was planning on using these on my 4.5 year old and 1.5 year old. I wanted to put them around their ankles but I had to put them on their wrist since they were so small. The marker did wipe off pretty easily so I put nail polish clear coat over the writhing but then it was slightly smeared.

Good
These worked great for my toddler while camping. They held up in water and for wearing for a long period of time. I reused the same band several months later while out at the park and left it on him over night and it did leave a mark around his wrist that is still present a week later. We do not put the bands on skin tight. The band can freely rotate. I can’t tell if the mark on his wrist is a bruise or a rash all the way around his wrist but I removed the band immediately upon seeing the mark. I feel these are great for short periods of time and I don’t know if the mark is from wearing the same band over and over.

Good idea
Love the idea that our info is hidden inside the bracelet. But by the end of the day, the ink wore off. I even coated it with clear nail polish but it peeled off. So you have to write over it every day you want to use it. They're easy to use and fit my 3 year old perfectly. They're comfortable too.
