These sandals were delivered by USPS and their service was horrible. They “tried” to deliver the package twice and said they didn’t have access to the delivery location. That’s ridiculous. I had my sandals sent to a family owned business that has an open door twice as big as Sullivan from Monster’s Inc and they say there’s no access to the location. They didn’t even try. I’ve never had this problem with Amazon. I had to buy another pair of sandals elsewhere because this pair took way longer than expected. I liked them, though. They run a little small, but they look and feel great. I just wish Amazon hadn’t used USPS for this delivery.
