A beautiful canvas for a dear friend at Christmas

It took a long time for my mum to find a picture that felt just right for her living room. We decided on this one. We chose well. Good value, too.

I had this picture delivered today. The frame is clearly warped and won't sit flat in the wall. One of the sides of the frame is made from 2 pieces of wood which have been joined when manufactured, resulting in an obvious kink. That piece of wood shouldn't have been used and no way should it have passed whatever quality control they have. I've started a return although the only option available was self-ship. It said I'd receive a return label from the seller within 4 days. It's not clear though if I'll get refunded for postage. It looks a right faff sending it back. Maybe I could repair the frame myself, but I shouldn't have to.

Worth the wait of delivery time. Delivered in a cardboard package to protect the canvas. Really pleased with this canvas, would recommend.

Lovely picture, but frame is very thin , so to honest not great value for money I thought the frame would be a lot more solid and the packaging was just bubble wrap with no protection for front of picture Delivery was quick But disappointed with quality Company offered me a refund if I smashed picture up and sent them a picture, but it couldn’t be recycled like that , which is against my personal principles on not sending my rubbish to landfill. I would have preferred to donate it a charity. At the moment I’m still taking to the company and awaiting a reasonable response

Un cuadro muy bonito, nos ha gustado mucho, lástima que el enmarcado sea defectuoso, está descuadrado y no hay manera de enderezarlo.

Pensé que sería más robusto pero aún así cumple con mis expectativas.

Disappointed the flower looks so big you can barely even see it it does not make sense try to put it right down and giving it away to charity or if they don't want it I just might bin it a piece of trash
