I got this as a gift for my daughter. She said it is very helpful and easy to wear.

I’ve had mine for a year absolutely love it one stays home and one in car for back pain while traveling. But this morning after only 10mins it burnt me left blisters and painful. I noticed the vibration wasn’t working properly level one wouldn’t work at all but level 2 would work, so I just turned on heat. I believe the device is going out causing surge of power which burnt me. Thankfully I have my second one but will be extra careful now.

I wished I found this sooner.

I really like this product though level 1 is plenty warm my only issue is it takes a long time to charge.

This thing does what it's supposed to do. It heats up quickly and stays hot for a long time. But I docked a star because it's just not big enough. I'm a small person, 5'2", and would have been happier with the same product if it were twice its size. I kept having to move it around to cover the entire area of my cramps, so would prefer a heating pad that covers the entire painful area at the same time. I love how it looks though, love that it's wearable.
