I just received the solid blue version of this foam roller last week and immediately started using is every day for my upper back and legs. I am a physical therapist and am always hesitant ordering rollers since I have used many in the clinic with patients that are too soft or start losing their shape right away, but this one is definitely high density and I can tell it will never lose it’s shape! Having a selection of colors at this price-point is great. I went with the blue because I like colors that pop, instead of the basic black roller, and the color looks great! I just received this "speckled red" foam roller last week. Was a little skeptical since the product was new and didn't have reviews but I loved the color as it is much better looking than all those black rollers you see everywhere. I chose RED as I am a Wisconsin Badgers fan and it looks great. I have been using the roller daily for my at home workouts after weights or spinning as part of my stretching routine. I've used these at many fitness facilities over the years. I can confirm this one is certainly "high density" since it will not lose its shape and shows zero sign of usage...and my wife and I use it daily. It is unlike some lower quality rollers I have owned in the past that lose their shape and start to form a curve after repeated use. 5 stars for sure. Pro's are its high density, Made In USA (love that), love the added color and price is great for the quality. Only con is if you are looking for a softer (more pool float material) this one will be much firmer than that.

Very fast shipping. The product is very sturdy. A bit too sturdy. I use it to lay on it to stretch out my chest. It hurts my back a little. I’m hoping that as I use it, it will become more flexible.

I use this at least once a day to roll my back and I really like the way it helps loosen it up. I definitely hear a lot of popping, probably because I work at a desk on a computer all day every day. Very nice product that I use a lot.

Roller is just as described and what I expected. The size - both in diameter and length - are accurate and I look forward to using it to help stretch out and massage muscles that get too tight from up close oil painting. I rated it a 3 because there was NO printed instructions or guidelines in the box nor was there a link on the product page. I don’t mind using YouTube or downloading but it is an extra and unnecessary step.

These rollers are perfect for yoga. Simply awesome and really do the trick. Exactly as described with no major issues at all. Shipping was great and arrived on time. Already ordered more for friends and we will most certainly order again.

Use it all the time as part of Pilates regiment. Does wonders for the spine and hips. Multiple ways it can be utilized.

It's a foam roller, it's what I expected. My one complaint is that there are 2 seams and they are easily felt on the outside. After receiving mine, I checked the ones at the gym for comparison - no seams to be found. I'm hoping they will minimize with use - or I may look at ways to reduce them (a nail file perhaps??)
