hi,it's hard to say because it depends on your dog's weight and the level of stress. The package contains 15 packets. If your dog is small then it needs 1 packet per treatment. If the stress continues, then you should do the re-treatment after 4-6 hours. If your dog is big, then you will need 2 packets for treatment and another 2 for potential re-treatment. So if you have a small dog and the stress is not big - means you don't need re-treatments - then you have 15 packets for 15 single treatments. Take care.

What are the ingredients and how is something that has 100% human consumption products good for a dog?

for ingredients look at the 2nd picture from the top on the Amazon main page - the picture shows the side of the box where all the ingredients are listed. In case of "human grade" - you misunderstood the term. There are two kinds of pet food - "human grade" and "feed grade". Human grade means that you (human) can eat it, as all ingredients in the product are made, handled, stored, transported and processed in the manner which is consistent with manufacturing human food. Which means that every ingredient or supplement, is human edible.  Every pet food that doesn't meet full definition of human grade, is feed grade. So it's not like your dog eats human food - it's a pet food but done under tight human food guidelines. Take care.

Picture says 15 uses , someone stated there is only 5. How many are in this pack?

There are 15 packets in the box. I dose my pit and it lasts about 4-6 hours. I only give to her when she's in stressful situations and it works great. Had a little problem with her with aggression with my older dog and used it when I was training her to break her from the behavior and the product worked wonders.
