Love it! I have central air which keeps the main floor and basement a perfect temp, but it never kept my upstairs bedroom cool. My son installed it today and when I walked into my bedroom it was nice and cool. Some people may not like the fan sound but to me it is an added benefit because it will drown out the trash truck and mowers this summer. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes the temp cool when you sleep and have the ability to take a shower without dripping with sweat before you even leave the house.

I bought this one mainly for its quietness in sleep mode. It claims to be 36dB here online but the actual product runs over 90db. I give it a benefit of the doubt that I might not know how to set it properly, so I’ve emailed the customer support to get clarification. If it doesn’t go below 50 I’ll have to return it.A week post purchase: post sale team is very responsive and help to resolve the issue as much as they can. They sent me some sound proofing matts to counter the vibration and now the decibels is around 65. Guess I’ll keep it.Additionally, they are finding ways to make the fan work quieter too. Still have no idea how they got the 36db as advertised.

Easy, quick installation. Arrived (and to my knowledge) and wax handled upright the entire time so you don’t have to wait much before using after your install. It’s cooling great, not too loud, and I am loving it so far
