The inside doesn’t match the exciting cover!
Looks great on the outside but all black and white and poor quality and no pictures or interest to look at. My daughter rejected it straight away which is a shame as the information was probably good.

It's a used library book is AMAZING condition
I love this book. Its a used library book but that is OK because its in amazing condition. I didn't buy brand new and I'm glad I didn't, saved a few dollars and y 10 year old loved the book. I want her to have a concept of healthy eating, esp for an active young girl. I loved reading it myself!

Good book for preteen girls.
Very good book for my own daughter. She had spent alot of time reading it. Age appropriate for my almost 11 year old.

Well written
My granddaughter read this over the summer. She thoroughly enjoyed all of the information that this book provided about what to expect as a teenager and how to eat right, exercise right and do the things she needs to do to feel good about herself. Well written and well advised.

would recommend
got this for my 13 y/o sister, this book is more nutrition based than it is activity and exercise. Wish there was more on getting in shape through exercise but the nutrition learning is just as important!!! It focuses in on micro and macronutrients and where to get them which is fantastic. I would not recommend buying for somebody over 15 because it has a very "tween" design to it.
