This is a great product that looks fantastic in my bathroom. I had to reinstall it recently and I accidentally stripped a hex tightening screw. Beautiful set of great quality however the towel ring is crooked. The ring looks askew as if it’s not straight. Will contact seller to see if we can change out that piece. Otherwise this set is too gorgeous for words!!

The toilet paper keeps slipping off of the holder and when it does, the brass protector falls on the floor. Is there a part I am missing to secure the toilet paper at the end of the carrier arm?
