I use this product instead of sugar for all my baking needs. My nutritionist told me about it so I decided to try it. I find that baked goods like cakes aren't just sweet tasting enough to be good but not overly sweet to make you cringe. Be careful with the pricing. I ended up paying 60.00 for 1 can. Should have been 6 cans. Posted warning to Amazon customers on products page. Since I waited on the other products past 30 days, there was no recourse from company.

If in 10 years there’s no evidence that Allulose causes cancer, this is an excellent substitute. For me, it’s a good sugar replacement.
