Absolutely amazing camera. Fantastic picture quality, easy clean user friendly app, superb options. I can not fault it at all. Build quality is RollsRoyce of cameras. Everybody that has seen mine has been amazed, in fact my neighbour will be making a purchase as will family members. Best camera on the market.

This is a fantastic camera, with the benefit of dual views, wide angle which is fixed, and close up, which has tracking facility and will track movement in the garden. Both have full zoom facility, and have the option to customise. Options include audible alarm with 3 settings one of which can be recorded with your own message. Light options are also able to be customised with strobe alarm or fixed light which is good for an outdoor sensor light. This also has a Blue (active) light which shows the system is active which can be a slow flash or constant or turned off. Customer service is great too. I’ve contacted them on a couple of occasions to help guide me with some settings and they have been very helpful Great camera, which I’ve also recommended to my son and neighbour. 👍🏻

Really like this device, has a decent quality image too. Only issue really is it's twice decide to reset itself (whilst I was looking at recordings, not sure if that's "causing" it) but have to reset it and manoveur things and reset all things like when/how the lights turn on, quality of camera etc. But it seems to record well, and can manage to do shots without light in the dark (obviously not as clear, but it is good pics using the light available). Very happy with it. Recommend getting the highest storage available as soon as you set it up, I'm not on the full storage, manages approx 7 days 24-7 but going to extend that soon.

This is an excellent camera with good resolution. The dual lens is brilliant. The accompanying app is good but I’m still finding my way around it. The ai features are superb. I plan to buy another.

I can't recommend because 1. Tracking Issues: It seems that the camera isn't effectively following individuals as they move. This could be a significant drawback if you need constant surveillance. 2. Detection Challenges: You mentioned the inability to detect people approaching when they are coming from the opposite side of the camera. This limitation could hinder security effectiveness, as you won’t be alerted to potential threats early on. 3. Research Functionality: It’s also noted that the camera’s research or review capabilities aren’t meeting your expectations. This is crucial for analyzing footage after an event has occurred. I love the variety and fast delivery on Amazon, but I've had a frustrating experience with a product that I can't return because I paid someone to install it. It's unfortunate that I'm stuck with it now.

Very nice camera let down by a couple of issues. First the good news, it’s easy to set up and has a great picture. Human shape tracking works well. However, it’s let down by some really annoying issues. 1.) No POE built in, so you need an 12V splitter 2.) AI movement detection far too sensitive, even on minimal active area and low sensitivity. With nothing of note going on more than 200 false detections per day. 3.) No mounting gimbal and very sensitive to mounting angle, so check image before screwing on wall and if needed adjust mount angle with washers. Same for both my cameras, I also have some old Vivotek ones which don’t have the same issues, but also 4x the price. The issues are a real shame for what is otherwise a great piece of kit.

Brilliant camera easy to set up, 24/7 recording with dual lenses to the viewing angle misses nothing. Onboard sd card removes the need for a paid storage plan.

Ho installallato la telecamera appena consegnatami. Come le precedenti acquistate ha un packaging curato. Il prodotto appare di ottima qualità e si integra nel software gia attivo con le altre telecamere. Ha un ottima risoluzione video, chiaramente in linea con i costi e la fascia di prodotto. Mi ha soddisfatto e ne prenderò un altra perché davvero un prodotto valido. La notte se l'illuminazione é sufficiente lavora a colori. Al momento il produttore mi sembra serio e ben orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente. Io ho la versione senza pannello di ricarica.

✅ Points forts Double objectif pour une vue 360° Grâce à ses deux caméras, l’EZVIZ H9C offre une couverture panoramique très complète. Le premier objectif “grand angle” + le second plus zoomé permettent d’avoir à la fois une vision large et des détails précis. Résolution 2K La résolution maximale est de 2304 × 1296 pixels, ce qui donne des images assez nettes et détaillées pour une caméra de surveillance domestique. Patrouille et suivi intelligent Elle dispose d’une fonction “patrouille” (deux modes) : elle peut automatiquement se déplacer entre des positions pré-définies, ce qui est pratique pour surveiller plusieurs zones sans aveugle. De plus, elle utilise de l’IA pour détecter les “formes humaines / véhicules”, donc elle se déclenche moins sur les faux mouvements. Vision nocturne couleur + mode nuit Trois modes de vision nocturne : couleur, intelligent (avec commutation en cas de détection) et noir & blanc. Très utile pour adapter selon l’éclairage et obtenir des images plus claires la nuit. Défense active Elle a une alarme sonore (“sirène”) + lumière stroboscopique intégrée : idéal pour dissuader un intrus lorsqu’un mouvement est détecté. Connectivité solide Wi-Fi double antenne pour une meilleure stabilité du signal. Possibilité de la connecter en filaire via le port RJ45, ce qui peut être utile si le Wi-Fi n’est pas très bon. Stockage flexible Elle supporte une carte microSD jusqu’à 512 Go selon la fiche technique. En plus, il y a l’option de stockage sur le cloud via EZVIZ CloudPlay. Solidité / météo Conçue pour l’extérieur, la caméra résiste aux intempéries : elle a un indice de protection (“IP”) élevé, ce qui permet de l’installer sous une pluie ou des conditions variées. Mouvement (Pan/Tilt) Elle peut tourner jusqu’à 350° horizontalement (“pan”) et s’incliner jusqu’à 80° verticalement, ce qui offre une très grande flexibilité pour cadrer des zones variées. Alimentation raisonnable L’adaptateur fourni est de 12 V, et la consommation maximale est de 12 W selon la fiche technique. ❗ Points faibles ou limitations Framerate limité La fréquence d’image maximale est de 15 ips (images par seconde) quand on envoie le flux en réseau. Cela peut donner des vidéos un peu “moins fluides” que des caméras à 25/30 ips. Alimentation non PoE de base La caméra ne supporte pas le PoE nativement : il faut un adaptateur 12 V DC ou un “splitter PoE” selon certains retours. Problèmes d’alimentation la nuit Certains utilisateurs rapportent que la caméra redémarre la nuit quand les projecteurs (sirène/lumière) s’activent : potentiellement lié à l’alimentation fournie. Latence ou lenteur d’affichage en Wi-Fi Certains remontent des lags (“laggy feed”) quand ils accèdent à la caméra via l’application EZVIZ. Selon des retours Reddit, la connexion LAN peut être instable si la fonction RTSP / LAN View n’est pas bien configurée dans l’app. Essai CloudPlay court Il y a des discussions d’utilisateurs disant que l’essai gratuit de CloudPlay “expire très vite” — ce qui peut poser problème pour ceux qui veulent du cloud sans abonnement pro. Usage “smart features” limité via NVR tiers Lorsqu’on utilise cette caméra avec un NVR Hikvision, certaines fonctions (comme la sirène, la détection IA avancée) peuvent ne pas être disponibles : il vaut souvent mieux passer par l’app EZVIZ pour exploiter toutes les fonctions. 💭 Mon verdict Dans l’ensemble, je trouve que la EZVIZ H9C Dual-Lens 2K + 2K est une excellente caméra de sécurité extérieure, surtout pour : - garder un œil sur un périmètre large (jardin, devant de maison, entrée) - bénéficier d’un bon niveau de détail grâce à la résolution 2K - utiliser des fonctions intelligentes comme le suivi IA, la patrouille, l’alarme - avoir la possibilité de choisir entre stockage local (microSD) et cloud Pour moi, c’est un très bon choix quand on veut une caméra “tout-en-un” : vision large + zoom + alarme + bonne vision de nuit. Mais, si ton usage est très “pro NVR”, ou si tu utilises un système PoE uniquement, il faut bien vérifier la compatibilité ou prévoir des adaptations (adaptateur / splitter). À noter aussi : pour avoir des flux très fluides (vidéo “fluent”), le 15 ips peut être limitant dans certaines situations.

This is the second of the same camera we’ve bought to put in our barn so we can meep an eye on our horses. Simple to use, great price and works very well with our wifi. The image is clear day and night and there’s very little delay. It was quick to install and set up through the app. If we had known about these before we set up our home security we probably would have used them for the house as well. We can definitely imagine buying more and have already had family buy them on our recommendation.
