Not Guinness as you know it!
My contradiction is that I only like Guinness from Dublin & its not that high on my fav list. This Guinness is my faviourite beer, the sorghum & other ingredients make it unique. I expect the African water for me also adds a kind of earthy uniqueness & evokes memories of past African adventures, to this drinking experience. The taste is slightly more bitter than the traditional barley used, but this suits the African pallet & hopefully yours!
