I love using this faucet. Its flexible Arm allowes me to easily rinse anywheres in my sink, without having to pull out a spreayer. Its perfect! Simple and easy

I thought this was the perfect faucet for our utility room sink. However, the spout (neck) is too flexible and will not stay upright. It hangs down below the lip of the sink and will not stay up unless you hold it. It is very cumbersome when you need two hands in the sink and cannot hold the faucet upright. Will likely replace or figure some way to hold it in the 'normal' position and 'unhook' when the flexible spout is needed.

Pretty cool faucet, it's nice to be able to manipulate it. Only gave four stars because it doesn't stay exactly where I put it. It tends to "fall" a bit, not all the way, just slouches a bit. Only been using it for six months, so we'll see how it holds up.

Reasonably easy to install but the water reducers, even the 2.2 gpm one made the water flow too slow for our laundry room sink. But we love the moveable neck in the faucet which makes it easy to clean the sink.

I was looking for a utility sink faucet that would support the connection of a garden hose. The major requirement was the ability to supply hot water from my utility sink to the back yard for bathing my dogs. This faucet is very attractive, very solidly built and the end unscrews to allow the connection of a garden hose. I've searched for this product for many months. Very pleased to have found it.

The media could not be loaded.  The functionality of the faucet is great; however, the base of the swivel/spout is loose and rocks when you adjust the height or move it side to side or up and down. So any time you move it, there is a loud rocking noise. Still works but for the price, you would think it would manufactured better. Hubby isn't thrilled with the purchase but it took him a while to install (it needed some adjustments from the previous sink) so he didn't want to mess with a new faucet or install.

Amazing! Wonderful! Perfect for large sinks that sit on the counter because it adjusts to any height. Simple, straightforward installation (save and reuse the rubber washers from your old faucet connections.) Very well made. We have 90 PSI water pressure into the house and it does not leak
