Can this jerky substitute for bacon at breakfast? I make my own tofu bacon but would like to find something I can prepare quickly.

No this is more of a snack. If you are vegetarian I recommend morningstar bacon strips it cooks and taste like bacon.

What is the jerky made from? I cannot find ingredients anywhere, and I will not eat something I dont know what it is...

The ingredients are on the back of the bag, upper right. As listed on my Sriracha Maple Jerky: Textured soy protein, tamari, sriracha sauce, alcohol to preserve freshness, maple syrup, olive oil, spices, vinegar and natural smoke flavor. My son, the meat eater, even liked this. I think it is a really good product. Hope you like it, too!

How much fiber is in this vegan bacon?

This is not vegan bacon but rather maple bacon flavored jerky. It has 2g fiber per serving.

What does it look like

Delicious. It looks delicious. This is hands down the best vegan jerky around and I've tried alot! I got this on a whim and it's now a staple for me and my vegetarian sister.
