I'm very happy with my purchase and immediately put my pet's ashes in this beautiful urn pendant. I placed a small amount of the ash in the funnel and had success getting it in the urn with the stick tool (if you fill too much, it's hard to get in but it will fill up easier if you do a little speck at a time). The necklace that came with the pendant works fine but I may swap it out with a sterling silver chain that has links, so I can include a heart picture of my kitty and other jeweled charms to adorn the piece. Also, the graving came out great and I'll wear this piece of jewelry forever, holding my pet close to my heart.

The pendent piece itself is heavy. I can't wear it all day on my neck

I purchased this product for my daughter after she lost her 11 1/2 yo bunny Oreo. She was devastated after her loss so I thought that we would get this pendant for her so she could always have Oreo with her. She was so happy when I gave it to her she cried! She now has Oreo with her Always as she NEVER takes it off. It is a beautiful pendant that she will have forever. I will say that I did purchase another chain for the pendant as I didn’t think that the one that came with it would last. But I wouldn’t say that it is a bad thing it was just personal preference. Thank you for a great product that made my 17 yo daughter a bit happier after a terrible loss!

We had to send our dog to the rainbow bridge on New Years Eve day last December. She was in our lives for 13 years and she was my emotional support dog after the loss of a child. She was my son's first dog and he was her favorite boy. My son is in the military and lives out of state. He was home for the holidays when we had to put her down. I wanted him to be able to have her with him everywhere he went, and I needed something to keep her close to my heart as well. This is super easy to put the ashes in and it comes with everything you need. It came right on time and was exactly as it is pictured. The poem on it still makes me tear up a little. They sent a black chain and a silver one. I use the black one and my son uses the silver one. Both are sturdy and easy to clasp.

Where do I even start ,but first of saying I cried upon receiving this ,it came just as described , exactly what I was looking for ,the seller had stayed in contact with me and had done a wonderful job,as to the product ,it's such great quality for I was looking for something I can wear daily without taking off for showering ,swimming ,just everyday use ,and this would be IT ,I have worn it everyday ,and looks just as it did from day one ,(pictures are from wearing through showers),and still just as shiny and Wonderful as out of box, it fits a perfect amount ashes ,no discoloration,no tarnish ,it was easy to fill it came with all needed ,I have been looking everywhere since my girl passed away last Christmas ,and I finally came across this product and seller and I'm so glad I did ,I am more then satisfied with the quality ,seller ,and everything to do with this urn ,I highly recommend !!

We just got our fur baby's remains back today and the Vets were so gracious to add her remains to the necklace urns we bought. They are PERFECT. I love the color (for the RAINBOW BRIDGE) and the saying is easy to read (even though you can't see it from my picture as my phone camera stinks). The necklace is heavy in your hands. Feels like quality materials. Comes with funnel for inserting ashes, tiny metal pin to help if the funnel gets stuck and a screwdriver to open the necklace. It came in perfect condition and my partner absolutely loved it. Thank you!!!
