Holding air, doing its job for me so its a good buy. No complaints. Will have to see how it holds up. I use it during workouts, a couple of different exercises, about twice a week.

I'm in my mid-40's, 6'1", a 270lb male with a work-from-home desk job. I've noticed over the last few months some lower back pain creeping in. My girlfriend suggested using a ball at my desk instead of a chair and wow this has made a lot of difference. My mind subconsciously is constantly balancing me, engaging my core. It also makes it easier to get up and therefore encourages me to get up more and move around. Since I work from home, I even occasionally do some exercise routines off it (from ab work to push up to general stretching). The largest size is perfect for a bigger guy at an average desk height. Quality is great. I purchased a small plastic ring off Amazon to hold it when not in use so it doesn't roll all over the office. You could sit on the ball in the ring but I like the flexibility of being able to wobble a bit while I work.

Decent size ball of good quality. Forget the hand pump. You will look like Popeye by the time your done airing it up. I used a 12v pump I keep in my car. Anyway, I didnt buy these to excersize, I bought them to put under the tarp over my trailer so the water etc wont accumulate on top. Worth the money for me. Working out great.

I needed this to help me with my workout. I had a little trouble with the pump blowing the ball up due to my disability. This has been so helpful to my rehabilitation.

Being a teacher, I sometimes find myself sitting more than I should. I swapped my office chair for this fitness ball and am shocked that I didn’t do this sooner! It hasn’t lost any air and the ball is a great size. I even use it to fit in a mini ab workout during my lunch break. Love this!

Ball works good for the most part. Hasn't burst yet. However I'm disappointed that it did not come with the exercise as described. I reached out to the seller and didn't hear back.

As expected, the ball came deflated and I had to use the pump included in the purchase to inflate it. Once I was able to get the ball rolling - terrible pun, my apologies - I was satisfied with it. Using this mostly for stretching and core training.

Opened the package and the ball had a massive tear in it. Wanted to return the item but would have cost me $57 for postage. Threw out the item as I wasnt goint to spend additional $60 which i only paid $18 for.

Awesome ball - this helped me get through my pregnancy and labour day and bonus it’s helping me with my abs exercise for postpartum.The only reason I gave four stars and not five was because the air pump broke shortly after purchase and my husband had to go look for a new air pump to keep it topped up for me.

The package inside the amazon box was in bad condition, the pump was not working at all ( really bad quality) but the ball its self look to be a decent quality ! Working well so far !

This item arrived on time and is exactly as advertized.

It is a good ball, to me right size and strong.
