Great Organizer
package arrived on time and packaged well. The product was as pictured, sturdy,clean just right for my purpose,to find an clean and organized way to store my utensils.Its so much easier for the kids to put away dishes now.The cylinders are removeable which makes it easy to clean.I'm very pleased with this product.

Great, mine came with the holders too! (Unlike another review I read...hmmm)
It was great, arrived on time, undamaged, and it looks nice. Some ignoramus on another comment was complaining that it didn't come with the holders, um, buddy, it does. I had taken his advice and ordered the holders as a separate order...now...I have the 4 that came with it, and the extra 4 I bought. So...thanks, random Amazon guy...you must sell those eh? haha.

Overall good product, mine had a slight wobble which was easily fixed with a washer under one of the rubber feet.
Its all made of stainless steel and solid. It also came with the metal cups in which to hold spoons, forks, knives, and straws. The only negative I can say is that my product that I received was slightly off square. This led it to wobble slightly but I added a washer between one of the rubber feet which has practically fixed it. This might be an isolated instance or might have occurred during shipping. It was mailed inside two boxes and the exterior box appeared fine while the inside box appeared to have slight damage but none the less the product itself has no visual defects aside from the slight wobble. It serves its purpose and is overall a good product.

just what we needed
Ordered this for my church. We serve a Wednesday night meal and have a lot of kids attend. This allows us to put the silverware in with the handle up so no one touches the eating area of the utensils and it also keeps the kids from digging thru to find a particular piece and getting germs on all the silverware. Was a great by fire a great price.

Item fine, Seller deceptive
In ranking the article, it is a superb article but the picture was deceptive....the frame came without the steel inserts...so useless without purchasing 46$ work of baskets making this entire article something like 80$ or more...BUT having said that, if you find something where you get the frame and the baskets (don't use this vendor...) for a reasonable price, it is a fantastic kitchen accessory. AMAZON service was terrible...which is unusual. they were no help in solving the misrepresentation...just said they were not responsible for the mix up.....I say, buy the item but do so at a local restaurant supply house...to avoid the mix up and the misrepresentation..
