Ok, so we all know the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. There's not too much reason to rehash that in this review. The relevant point here is that I knew all the health benefits and still didn't take it because it's gross. I did not want to drink that stuff. I hadn't even realized ACV supplements existed.Bryce from Orphic Nutrition contacted me and asked me if I'd be interested in trying their supplement. (I now work with them on Instagram, but my opinions are my own and my feelings for the product are the reason I work with them, not the other way around). This stuff is a game changer. My first thought was how do I know I'm actually getting good ACV with these pills. I shouldn't have worried. After looking up the other ingredients (Yay, L-Leucine which helps with muscle recovery!) I decided it was worth a shot.Upon opening the bottle you know you've got real ACV. You can smell it on the capsules/in the bottle. Fortunately that doesn't translate in to being able to taste it. Every once in a while one of the capsules will give me a "just licked a sour patch kid" taste, but it doesn't linger and there are no vitamin "burps" later like can happen with some supplements.I wasn't sure I'd be able to notice any effects, but I can. I took the first two on an empty stomach....maybe not my best idea, lol. After about 10 minutes I felt like I had just drank vinegar (I occasionally drink diluted pomegranate vinegar and it had that feeling only stronger) and I definitely needed a little food to soak up that feeling.I am noticing some of the promised benefits that the internet said ACV could give me but NONE of the taste. Between that and the price, I think this is an excellent value and it definitely delivers on what it promises.

I love the idea of apple cider vinegar in a pill. It does curb my sugar cravings and the pills are easy to swallow with no acidic after taste. I suggest NOT taking the pills on an empty stomach if you are sensitive or get acid reflux. I usually eat something light - like a cracker or an apple - then I take the 2 capsules. As long as there is something in my stomach I'm ok, otherwise my stomach will ache for a few minutes. I've notice I have more energy, curbs my appetite, and most importantly it has helped with my blood pressure. I really like these.

I take Orphic's CLA 2000 and their Garcina and have seen results with both. Mind you, I am very active but had reached a plateau in weight loss. In the past, I've tried the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies and liked those but decided to try Orphic's brand instead. I saw a review before buying that said these pills gave him an upset stomach. It was the only review like that though, so I figured it was a rarity. Unfortunately, I also experienced some pretty severe stomach cramps every time I took these. I tried having a small snack first but that didn't help. I have stopped taking them now and still have half a bottle left.

I bought these pills about 3 months ago; the formula has changed since then. My pills are 1250 mg for 2 pills and now it has been upped to 1300 mg. Unlike many reviewers, I do not mind the taste of liquid ACV (diluted with water of course!) but I needed the pills for when I travel. I took them during a long weekend in November and had no trouble with GERD. Then I took them on a 10-day trip last month and again, the pills worked as well as liquid ACV every morning. I only had a very mild episode of GERD when I had a 2AM snack on the plane coming home and didn't take the pills. I am very pleased with this product. The 1250 mg were equivalent to 2.5 tsp of liquid ACV diluted to 5% acidity. Obviously the new formula is a little more, but I will definitely purchase the pills again.

I was excited with this order this first day I got the pills1. Took the pills (2 pills)1A. got a sharp pain in my stomach lasted about 30 minutesThen during I started to itch all over my feet then it went from my feet up to my legs/stomach. Swelling went away with medicine.2 dayTook the pills again about 10 minutes went by and my body started to itch again all over like last time but this time way worse than yesterday.3. I’m not allergic to anything but I believe I’m allergic to something in this s product it says everything is all natural so I should be good but then again my skin is breaking out every time I have used this.4. I’m going to just man up and use the liquid and tell you guys how it goes as an update.

I've tried apple cider vinegar and Garcinia cambogia pills before and they gave me great results. I decided to try another brand (the previous brand I preferred was no longer available). I read reviews on these pills and decided to give them a try. However, these pills give me severe stomach pain (Which several reviews had mentioned). It feels like a hot/burning stomach cramp. Sort of like drinking hot sauce and bleach (dramatic I know, but I'm trying to paint a picture). This stomach pain made me so uncomfortable. Several times I had to hover over the toilet because I got an overwhelming feeling of nausea. This was especially concerning because I've tried 3 brands of ACV pills before and none have ever done this. Not to say this happens to everyone, but I will not buy from this brand again because of that discomfort.

I really wish I knew that these pills were doing everything they say they can...but unless I went to the doctor before and during, i'm not certain how one could tell if they do everything I hoped. that said, I feel great, and as hoped, it does seem that my appetite is easier to control..so I will be continuing for quite a while...all this said, their customer service is as fine as any company with whom I've dealt!

I’m glad this works well for the majority of folks here, but these messed with my stomach big time. Perhaps it could be the garcinia cambogia or CLA supplements, but even then, they were listed to be frequently bought alongside. I also got a stomach ache directly after taking these. So I truly have no idea. It’s been a day since I’ve stopped taking them. Hoping my stomach stops hurting soon. Silver lining though, I lost about two pounds a day accompanied by a proper diet and exercise.
