Will not tighten enough to create a waterproof seal, regardless of the amount of thread tape or gaskets. This makes it essentially useless.

Although I’ve only owned the item for a couple of weeks, having just installed it as part of a kitchen renovation, the faucet appears as described. It’s the perfect length. The multiple hinge points are convenient. The finish is a clean and beautiful matte black. I will have to get used to the dual shut off. There’s nothing wrong with it. I’m just trying to understand its purpose. Overall, I love it. 5/5. And the price!!! 25% of what I came across at the big box and specialty plumbing supply outlets.

I really wanted a black pot filler when I renovated my kitchen but all the ones I saw in stores were so pricey and stock was very limited for a black one. This was such a great find. I’ve been using it for a while and it works perfectly and looks beautiful. Such a great find.

Well made all brass, but slightly lifts at the connections showing a bit of the white plastic interior. So far no leaks. The finish is very good and smooth. For the cost of it I would say well worth it. Grab the insurence for a couple bucks for piece of mind. A competitive model is 5x the cost.
