If you have a bone spur in your nose, you’re still going to struggle a lot even wearing the clips, but they do help a lot!The reason I am writing this particular review is because the new translucent clear nose clips are just heinous, lol. They have ugly white blocky magnets on the sides which completely defeats the purpose of translucent nose clips, making it look like a geeky medical device.
