Sharp but blade too flexible
I've got a few other Stellar knives (X30 type), this seems slightly lower quality - flexes when cutting even something like an onion. Would rather spend a few more £ to get a better knife next time.

Decent knife
Great quality item that is very sharp and does the job perfectly. Purchased to replace another that had broken after 6 years of use, so unfortunately did not live up to it's lifetime guarantee! Would recommend this brand, but unsure about how long it will last!
