This Tynor Cervical Pillow Regular - Universal is an excellent product. It contains a dense, compact, white, cushiony PU rubber inside and a good quality cloth cover on it. I have been suffering from cervical spondylosis for the past many years, primarily caused due to long hours of wrong posturing in office and essentially a sedentry lifestyle. This Tynor contour pillow has the perfect curvatures and lends support to the neck/cervical region, applying the right pressure on the painful, stiff neck/shoulder region. It has given me the much needed prophylactic relief at both back/prostrate, hyperextension/hyperflexion positions and side-on position too, that memory foam pillows could not. The pillow is harder, tighter and bouncier than a contoured memory foam pillow but extremely comfortable. I have purchased and used both this and the contoured memory foam pillows. While, memory foam is too soft, very comfortable, sinks deep down and hardly lends neck support, this one provides a much effective neck soft tissue and shoulder push back to address the vertebrae pain regions of the splenius cervicis and splenius capitis. For marginal, hyper-sensitive, delicate or transitional cervical pain patients, memory foam may just suffice. For more serious cases, this Tynor pillow is highly recommended. Proper placement of the pillow below the neck and laying positions are also vital to lend maximum relief. Remember one thumb rule: 'If you get relief from mild massaging of your neck/shoulder then buy the softer memory foam pillow. If you need harder massaging for relief from pain, buy this Tynor contour pillow.' I use both types of pillows conveniently, as per my need. I have used this Tynor pillow continuously for hours in bed and sitting, postural positions with great relief. This is a good quality, perfect pillow for spondylitis patients who suffer from chronic neck/shoulder pain. The contoured shape, softness and rebound of this Tynor pillow seem perfect. It seems to be able to effectively activate the semispinalis cervicis, and, in stretching the myofascial release of the splenius capitis by applying that perfect pressure on the neck region. Intermittent/early-stage neck-fatigued cases may use it for shorter durations/intermittently (say, 1-2 hours at a stretch) for relief or relaxation; not like a normal pillow. Usage of the product is for specific orthopaedic purposes and suits patients accordingly. Medical advice may be heeded for appropriate use. I would strongly recommend this product. Quality of this cervical pillow is amazing. In start, I find it difficult. But within a week, I can see the difference. My cervical pain reduced and posture of neck area also improved.

LOVE this pillow and it’s the only one that i can sleep on with my spondylitis and chronic neck pain. Bought them for my elderly father and aunt as well, who both also really like them. Can’t recommend this product enough! Very durable, doesn’t sag after repeated use. I only wish there was the option of buying multiple pillow cases as covers for this shape don’t seem to be available.

I had ordered this just only for neck exercises. I do not have any neck condition hence On first day i thought to use this while sleeping in night. But i woke up in middle of night and started feeling pain in neck. Then next day i thought to use it only for exercise purpose and used it for 30min during yoga. After some time I started feeling pain in neck and head. Please consult your doctor while using this

Very bad product with defect in quality when I open the cover I find it tear inside. Quality is also very bad.

This product did relieve my neck pain. Now i dont know if it works on all types of neck pain but my neck pain usually starts in my sleep and when i wake up i can feel the pain. On top of if i have a 9 hr desk job and the pain used to increase due to tension of shoulders locked into neck while working. This used to happen involuntarily. Now this neck pillow with the bump like structure gave support to neck and restricted the motion during sleep. This resulted in pain relief from day 1 morning itself. On the downside u cannot sleep on your chest using this pillow but u would slowly get used to sleeping on your back.
