UK Artisanal Duck Fat 5kg from £7.5

This is a catering sized tub of very nice duck fat. It lasts quite a few months in the fridge, but you will only really need this much if you are either cooking chips in it (mmm put the idea in my head now) or using it for duck and other confit dishes, which is what I do. The delivery from Mr Duck is also very fast and efficient, mine was next day via APC couriers and not the much longer timescale quoted. Great product, great price, great service.

Wow. This is great value... and my kids can now experience tasty fried chips how my Mum used to cook them... not tasteless oven chips. Nom, nom, nom.
