Dream Big
Excellent combination to produce better sleep. I track my scores based on restorative and deep sleep and the numbers go up when I use the dream water. Don't even need more than a squirt of water the packet doesn't taste bad or too strong even by itself.

Not bad, not great
Pros- I love that these are both sugar-free and gluten-free. They have a very short ingredient list and they’re sweetened with Stevia. Also, there are no artificial colors.- The package came with both a lot number and a Best Buy date.- I really appreciate that they can be mixed in both cold and hot water and the package says you don’t even need to mix it with water. That would be great for traveling. The powder mixed pretty well in cold water.- I also appreciate that they explain exactly how many milligrams of GABA, 5-HTP and melatonin are in each serving.Cons- I think it’s kind of odd that the serving size is two sticks so you would have to take two sticks in order to get 5 mg of melatonin, which is the normal amount that I would take. So in that case there’s only 15 servings in this package.- So if you use two sticks that comes out to about $1.86 a serving. There are definitely some cheaper alternatives on Amazon, but there are some that are more expensive as well so this is basically a middle of the road option if you’re looking for something with individual packets. It’s still pretty expensive per serving if you’re considering using this often.- I couldn’t find any specification around how much water to mix one or two packets with. I added, maybe 6 ounces of water to two packets but didn’t really taste much of anything as far as the flavor.Overall, not a bad product. Good ingredients! But it’s expensive and doesn’t taste good enough to make it worth it for me.

You may not need a full package per night. Helps this perimenopausal woman get back to sleep!
I've taken this product two nights in a row, and so far.. I'm actually impressed!I'm in perimenopause, and typically struggle with either falling asleep, or staying asleep. (I take a very low dose of hormones, and it doesn't always help). Most nights, I wake up at 3:30 am, and it will take me anywhere from 1-2 hours to get back to sleep. IF I'm lucky. Otherwise, I'm up for the day. The last two nights, I have woken up only to use the restroom, but have been able to get right back to sleep. The package has 30 packets of powder, which you can take 3 different ways. It says you can take the powder right out of the packet. (I guess you're just swallowing powder? I don't know. I don't think I'll try that). You can mix it in with hot water, OR, you can mix it in with cold water. I prefer mixing it with cold water. The flavor is "snoozeberry", and each packet contains GABA, Melatonin and 5-HTP, to help you get to sleep. Two nights ago, I put one packet into a whole 16oz bottle of water. (I don't think you need more than 8oz, but that doesn't seem to matter). I shook it up really good. (It made the water a bit cloudy. There was a hint of berry flavor, but nothing strong). I didn't even drink half of the bottle of water- maybe 1/3rd of it- and was able to get a good night's sleep. I left the rest of the bottle for last night, and drank another 1/3rd of the bottle. I was able to have another good night's sleep. **It says on the package not to use more than 1-2 packages in 24 hours.I think for those who struggle with occasional restlessness, it's a good option. The packets are small, so you can toss some in your bag for traveling.Important to note: this product does contain stevia.

taste is nice, helps me fall asleep a little faster
I struggle with insomnia and work 3rd shift so my sleep schedule is all over the place. I have tried just about everything to help and not much works for me. These powder packets are good for traveling as I can just toss a few in my bag. They dissolve easily in room temp water. The taste is a pleasant berry flavor. I can say that they may help me fall asleep a little faster at times, but they don't help me stay asleep. To be fair though, I have tried numerous things and have always had trouble staying asleep. I don't like that this is something that you have to drink before bed either. I already get up sometimes in the night to use to restroom so adding more liquid before bed doesn't help that.

A Tasty Melatonin Product without Unwanted Side Effects
I have used other melatonin products in the past, and I have to say I really like Dream Water.First, the flavor is called Snoozeberry. The powder is flavored, but it’s a very subtle, sweet taste that made it easy to consume.Secondly, others have noted that the serving size is 2 packets if you want to get the full 5mg dose, which might be a negative if you know you always want 5mg. But for me, one packet and a lower dose is plenty. So this is actually a plus, because if there are multiple people in your household using the product, you have finer control over the dose. For example, I might want 2.5mg while my significant other prefers 5mg.Thirdly, and I don’t know if this happens to anyone else, but usually melatonin products give me a little bit of an extra groggy or foggy feeling in the morning. I experience this to a much lesser extent Dream Water, which I really appreciate as it helps we make up easier the following morning.Overall, I’m really happy with this product.

Good product, but a serving = 2 packets.
Both of my teen boys and I have used the Dream Water Sleep Aid Powder and liked it. We like the flavor and the ease of use. All three of us fell asleep faster, and I (a post-menopausal woman) was able to stay asleep on the 2 nights I used it instead of waking at 4:00 AM. Both of my boys used it on occasions where we got home late after a hockey game and they had to wake early the next morning for something. They were able to fall asleep fast and got restful sleep. We all used only one packet for a serving and mixed it in room temp water. It is curious that one serving is actually 2 packets. I understand that they likely wanted to give customers the ability to use smaller doses of melatonin, but it's a bit deceptive to advertise the 5mg of melatonin when there is only 2.5mg per packet. People assume they are getting 30 servings when they order a 30-pack.
