No fuss, good results
I have recorded vocals for a number of songs using this pre-amp. with good results. It doesn't colour the sound, and also doesn't add any noticeable noise. I use a large diaphragm condensor mic, and use this pre-amp to provide phantom power. I don't really know why people buy pre-amps at many times the cost - try this first!My only gripe is that gain button is very sensitive around the "sweet spot".
