Technically state of art OTC hearing aid.Charging case and its display of level of charge is excellent.I can use my powered USB hub or wall plug with charging adapter.The display shows both left and right level of charge.The case is very well designed and easy to use.Instructions are fully detailed and easy to read.The "fine print" for the product is fine print, but the instructions are larger printer.This is appropriate for elderly who are the primary buyers.This may be enough for me instead of more expensive prescription devices.I do not mind being seen wearing a hearing aid, as that tells friends to speak clearly.Good value for the money.

The seams of the shell can cut your hands, and the buttons are as stiff as those from a knock-off! After two weeks of use, my left ear started experiencing electrical noise, and the customer service only responded with 'try restarting it'. Bad review!

These work well for OTC hearing aids. They are very small and fit in the ear so hardly show. The charging case is also tiny and would be great to take along on a trip. It is easy to change them by pushing a button which is easy to feel when you're wearing them, although each of the 3 levels sounds similar to me. I have a little static sometimes when I first put them in but it always stops after a minute or so and then they are fine all day. I lost one of my Oticon hearing aids and this is working pretty well while I decide what to do next.

I bought a lot of hearing AIDS. I saw this introduction was good, so I bought them. But after I bought them, they weren't as good to use as I had imagined. The sound was sometimes loud and sometimes soft, which made me feel very uncomfortable

Day five and I'm still not sold on these. My 3rd set over 8 years; I was quite happy with the previous set, and kept them alive to the bitter end. These, based on the literature, should be better, but they aren't; the fit is awkward, even the smallest dome is still hard to force into place, but reasonably comfortable after that, but I can never find a good balance on the sound, which is usually either painfully sharp and loud, or fades away altogether. remembering which piece is which takes careful attention (the "L" and "R" on the charging case are small white -on-white letters!) The manual is full of information, but disjointed, and leaves too many questions unanswered - yes, I know I can try to reach out to a customer service, but really? Wasn't there time to print it all in your book? I liked the price, but we're not becoming best friends. I'll continue working with them through the weekend, but then I think they may need to go back.

These amplifiers are GREAT. Purchased for my mother who is 100 yrs young. It has changed her life. She can hear 100% better These units are small , easy to insert into your ear easy to remove as well with a small nylon string to pull out, they are rechargeable and have multiple earplug sizes to fit any size ear. My mom also said they have a noise cancelling built in. She is very happy and sorry she did not try the WUVEE HEARING AIDS SOONER. She wears them every day. It has given her a new lease on life being able to communicate and hear conversations more clearly. Would definitely recommend .

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product worked well for 3 weeks, then both stopped working (no beep) despite being fully charged and cleaned.Have contacted company about refund or replacement but have not received a reply.

Seems to be working so far. Took a little adjustment to get correct size ear fit.
