Q: Please could you tell me what material the frame is made of.

It’s not entirely make of metal, the sides are plastic but I believe it’s nylon so it’s quite durable (most tools are made from glass fibre reinforced nylon) so shouldn’t give any trouble unless you go all 200lb gorilla on it or drop it

Q: what is the maximum gap you can make between the rollers? is it more than 5mm?

It’s a lot more than 5mm you can separate the rollers. I’m not 100% sure but I’m sure it’s around about 25mm +/-5mm

Q: Could i laminate 3mm plywood with a printed design stuck on top?

Asking as the width is less than 750mm that won’t be an issue, I think it opens to around 25mm +/-5mm

Q: Will this work for dry point print or intaglio? It looks like I could but am Unsure!

I found it too large and did difficult to get even pressure. I returned it. You may have better luck than me. If you look at Sally Hirts website, she has a blog about different ways to get good prints.
