## Description

Our proprietary speaker technologies are ideal for delivering the most immersive, impactful 360 degree Dolby Atoms listening experience. Controlled Directivity and high-performance have been an integral part of Klipsch Acoustic design principals for the better part of a century. Not just your typical full-range tower speaker, The R-625FA features a high performance up-firing Dolby Atoms speaker integrated in the top for an enveloping soundstage. It's a perfectly matched set up that virtually disappears. The integrated speaker terminals are placed low on the cabinet for convenience and an unobtrusive connection. Our exclusive Tractrix horn technology delivers the power, detail and emotion of the live music experience with the Cleanest, most natural sound possible. The exclusive linear travel suspension minimizes distortion for enhanced, detailed performances. Kapton is an extremely light and rigid material used in the tweeter suspension to provide high efficiency and improve resolution and detail. Lts tweeters are a hallmark of Klipsch speakers, making it a core component of some of the best speakers in the world. Injection molded graphite (img) woofer cones are exceptionally light while being extremely rigid - providing remarkable low frequency response, with minimal cone breakup and distortion. When paired with the Tractrix horn-loaded lts tweeter, it provides speaker efficiency highest in its class. The rear Tractrix port is perfectly matched to the cabinet and woofers, creating ideal airflow with minimal distortion or turbulence even at the lowest frequencies. Exposed fasteners, angled feet and low profile magnetic grilles give the speakers a polished, modern appearance. Stylish aesthetic with absolute durability that results in a seamless integration into any decor. Reinforced MDF construction reduces cabinet vibration for less audible coloration and improved sonic accuracy.

Review: VERY good speakers at a great price. - At $350/each these are an absolute steal! We just watched Devil Wears Prada 2 with Atmos and these speakers deliver in all respects. We do have a 12" and a 15" sub, along with real good center and back speakers. No slackers. These replaced some decent but aging towers.
Review: Awesome Speakers - Wow wow wow I can’t say enough good about these speakers there’s not too much Dolby Atmos out there just yet but I hooked the height speakers to the surrounds on my Yamaha 7.2 and they are absolutely some amazing sounding speakers couldn’t be more pleased

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these speaker accept banana connectors?**
A: They do accept Banana plugs....look at the speakers Black and Red Plugs, you will see in the center of each plug is a Red and Black cap respectively, pop them out( take a fine pin or small screw driver and pop them out)....there are your Banana Plug entrance.......good luck

**Q: Why is there two connection posts on this speaker? Do I have to connect both to the receiver?**
A: There are two posts because there is effectively two seperate speakers in the box. One post is for the front firing. Other post is for the up firing atmos speaker on top. You don’t have to connect the atmos speaker.

**Q: How dose this speaker compare to the r26fa?**
A: The R-26FA is the predecessor to the R-625FA . They are similar, but we used new tweeters, woofers, and networks in the R-625FA to give them a smoother sound.

**Q: Does this take an upgrade amp or can a regular standard be used.**
A: To fully use the features, you need a Dolby Atmos Amp.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ VERY good speakers at a great price.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect.....
*by J***N on July 27, 2019*

These are perfect stand alone for a smaller room or apartment. They are what they are however and the 6 inch drivers only get you so far with deep bass. My home isn't large, would say average, and with no subwoofer they are okay. Yes, just okay. Do they NEED a subwoofer? Well who really needs a subwoofer hey? The answer for my application is yes, they need a subwoofer to finish off that punch we all want watching movies, etc. I've paired mine with the Klipsch wireless 15 inch slotted one. Together it's amazing. You can spend more for speakers and subs. On sale on Amazon and performance wise, its a great value and sound. Sub is in a corner in open area behind the main listening stage. IF you are only going to do just speakers, no sub, you'll want to consider a pair with bigger drivers. Now to the one of the other reasons I bought them. I have a high ceiling. I could put over head speakers in, could add Atmos speakers in a high wall. COULD mind you. Pulling wires, etc., as I've done before in other homes. Did not want to this time. These ATMOS combo speakers once calibrated with Audyssey on my Denon receiver do very well AND I didn't have to pull any wires or cut any holes!
