Very nice fan-clean lines and quiet and smooth operation. Install very easy too as was pairing with Alexa. Nice touch that I can both dim light and change its temperature depending on mood or need. Upon inspection, one blade had a cosmetic imperfection and customer service was very responsive and sent me three new replacement blades. Fan was already installed but it was super easy to swap out the blade while fan was mounted and now it’s perfect. Very nice product and I would buy again.

It's an easy install and nice looking, low profile fan. Remote works well. All kinds of options. The fan moves the air REALLY well and we are glad we got it. 4 stars because the fan beeps softly when settings are changed and only way to stop this is to remove speaker inside connection box. I find this out too late and didn't feel like taking the fan down to do this. Customer service very responsive!

Bought 3 fans all great Minor issue but was resolved by customer service. Might buy another one soon.

Fantastic customer support. Fan suddenly stopped responding to the remote control. I reached out to [email protected] and they responded promptly with support. After multiple attempts at suggested solutions, they determined the problem was likely with the wi-fi receiver in the fan and they sent me a replacement with easy to follow instructions. They even followed up periodically during the whole process inquiring if my problem had been fixed! After replacing the receiver the fan now works perfectly. I have never had a customer service experience where customer service contacted me more than I contacted them to make sure my issue was resolved. The fan operates quietly and looks great. Highly recommend.
