I've had gut issues that have been a constant struggle for about 6 years now. I've mostly gotten them under control with significant diet changes and Supplements, but I still feel like it's struggling. I decided to try this in hopes that I could "reset" my gut, and give it the support it needs to be healthy. I was a bit worried because I absolutely hate powders, and struggle to drink them. I really like the shape of this container, it's easy to scoop without making a mess, which is something I've encountered quite often. It's very easy to mix in, and not difficult to dissolve at all. No powder chunks were left! Upon tasting, I was pleasantly surprised it didn't have a super chalky taste, its not a favorite flavor, but I am extremely picky, so I won't let that affect my rating. After a few days, I noticed I was waking up and my stomach was very flat, and it was remaining like that throughout the day. For someone who struggles with bloating constantly, that is a very big achievement. The price is a bit high, but after years of health struggles I dont mind.

Lies, Attempted to buy the “protein powder” got this instead. Spent a lot of time in the bathroom. Weight is still the same. Tastes okay but difficult to mix.Be careful, the second you order this product, they say “sorry, it has already shipped” which is BS because it takes about 5-6 days to arrive to your house.

I haven't used it for velong but already noticing less bloating and more regular digestion. The vanilla flavor is pleasant, especially in smoothies, and I love that it combines probiotics, prebiotics, fiber, and collagen all in one. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the quality.

This product tastes okay. Don't put ice in it. It tastes terrible with ice. I like my drinks cold. So put a couple bottles of water in the fridge. It dissolves very nicely in water and it does not leave any chunks. I have not lost any weight or seen any belly fat disappear. I've been drinking it every day for the past 6 days and I've weighed myself. I haven't lost any weight. I bought a supplement for the bloating because this is not helping me with the bloating. I have seen a very large Improvement in my alertness and my energy level. I have a lot more energy and I'm not as groggy and tired as I used to be. So I would recommend this probuct. But It's not gonna make your belly fat disappear.

While this product is good, tastes well, it didn’t live up to the claims it made for me. It claims your “dad bod” will go away, I’ve used this product for a month and it did not. It also claimed it could help with acid reflux, I stopped taking my medication for 4 days and I had to go back to my medicine. As far as complete gut repair, I can not comment on that because I don’t know what actually happened inside my gut. The one thing I can comment on is this month I lost 5 pounds without changing anything in my life. So this product looks like it did help with that.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This product promises a smaller gut in 14 days. We'll, after taking this product for 17 days now, I see no difference, and the scale actually says I've put on a pound. I feel no difference in energy. None seen in skin or hair. Not buying any more of this as it's too expensive amd don't trust it now.
