Nice for the price
This jacket is pretty nice for the price. I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. Normally I'm a solid 2X but decided after reading tons of reviews that I would downsize to a 1X and cross my fingers. It fits!!! My only complaint is that the drawstring at the waist is too high up on me and goes around my rib cage rather than my waist. I have had this problem with other brands in the past so it's probably just me. I am 5'8" and have a long torso. I'm very wide in the shoulders and large in the chest and it fits great there. I have long arms too and the sleeves are long enough on me. Other reviews have mentioned that the material is crinkly or noisy sounding. I guess it is when I think about it but it's not that annoying. I'll find out more when I wear it in the fall and winter. Right now it's 90* so I won't be needing it for a few months. I would buy another in white if they offered that color option. It would be nice to have white for spring or cool summer days with the lining taken out.

Almost exactly as advertised, EXCEPT SIZE!
Let me start off this review with the fact that I'm very happy with my purchase! This jacket is everything I expected it to be. It wouldn't have been had I not read the reviews on sizing. I've included a couple photos with my review. In my front photo, you can see the arm length is not too long and not too short. You can also see that I was able to tie the waist tie with a lot of room to spare. I'm able to zip up and button up without any struggle. I'm not overly big in the chest, most my weight is the waist & hips but I feel like those with a little more up top with still have enough room. There was not one area where I felt like it was too snug! I wanted to show the length of the jacket also. It's just long enough to cover the booty. I'm 5'8" and normally wear a size 2 in tops (I like my tops a little loose) & 18 jeans. Based on the measurements in the sizing chart for this jacket, I should have been a 2XL. However, most of the reviews warned to size down. There were a few that suggested to size up! It was so nerve racking trying to decide what to do! I went with the majority & sized down to 1XL!As you can see in the photos, I'm very happy with my choice! I probably could have even got away with getting a Large BUT I do like have a little room to play with. I bought this jacket for my upcoming cruise to Alaska. I'm really hoping it works well for me, I'll update after if I can remember.

Very soft liner
Great jacket but the liner pops out of the sleeves when you put your arms in, otherwise worked great for trip to Alaska.

Perfect jacket!!
This jacket is perfect!! I bought for a trip to Scotland and was exactly what I needed.. We had rain, snow and nice weather as well. Fleece lining is removable, jacket is super flattering and I didn’t feel bulky at all. Size down, bought a 1x and fit perfect . I’m normally a 2x. No regrets with this purchase.. worth every penny!

Yep I like this jacket a lot
I purchased this jacket for a couple reasons, the inner lining is removable & washable if ever needed, it has a hood if I need it in rainy or cold wind & it’s removable if needed. And the third n equal reason I have a white dog that sheds & her stray hairs don’t cling on to the outer fabric, also it’s long enough to cover my rear-end & upper thighs too. Yep I like this jacket a lot 😀 I ordered a size larger then the size chart for me, I don’t like “snug fitting” jackets or coats.

decent in-between weather jacket
I like that it is not bulky, there is plenty of room. I ordered 1x and I could have ordered smaller but with the anorak cinch waist, it doesn't look huge on me. My only complaint is that the inner lining is not zipped down at the bottom hem. Therefore, the lining rides up from the bottom. when I first put the jacket on,and once I have it zipped up, I have to pull the lining down from underneath. why couldn't they just have made the zipper go all the way around to keep the lining in? hood is detachable which is good. It's warm enough to wear in the upper 30's and 40's but it is not too bulky.

Good buy
Great jacket, great price. This will be my grab and run jacket. The removable liner is a nice low pile fleece. The outer shell is a quality material too. For the low cost I was expecting a thin nylon wind breaker shell.I returned a Columbia jacket that was almost twice the cost because it was a mere nylon wind breaker with a extremely thin flocked unremovable lining. Judging from what Columbia was offering in there price range. I would expect to pay $240 if this jacket had the "Columbia" logo sewed on it.I wear a 22 or 2X in most brands. I ordered a 1X per their size chart and it fit great.
