Great fit for replacement Ladylux head on original EuroDisc Faucet.
tl;dr easy replacement to an annoying problem with Grohe pull out spray handles.Good as new. Expensive for what it is, but at least I didn't have to call Grohe and fixed my faucet in 15 minutes.Would have been nice if Grohe offered a membrane replacement 15 years ago rather than have to go through the warranty dance and receiving an inferior replacement which was a one-time courtesy even though faucet has a lifetime warranty.Longer review and thoughts:Thanks to the reviews on here, I ordered this part and was able to refurbish spray selection membrane to better than new. Like others have said, part is expensive for what it is. Took a chance and ordered "Used Like New" through Amazon Warehouse. It was new except for packaging.Replaced it by tearing out center part of membrane, leaving a hard plastic frame that supported the rubber. With a pair of tweezers, I pulled the rest of it out of the faucet without scratching the chrome. Cleaned up the existing Pull out Spray and noticed the chrome-plated plastic body was missing bits of chrome. Why they use plastic for the body when the faucet is expensive and designer recommended escapes me.Have owned my Grohe kitchen faucet for 20 years. For me, the rubber membrane fails every 3-4 years. I am not a gourmet cook and I don't abuse my faucet. 10 years ago, Grohe did a one time courtesy replacement of my solid metal EuroDisc Pull Out Spray. What I received was a plastic bodied (rather than original metal) Ladylux pull out spray with gray rather than the sharp black striped accents of the original EuroDisc. Was advised Grohe no longer made EuroDisc faucet or parts and what they sent me was my only warranty option. I graciously accepted their replacement, hoping the plastic replacement would last for a lifetime like the implied "Limited Lifetime Warranty".This time, I considered contacting Grohe about another goodwill replacement under the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" . After reading others experience in the reviews here plus my own dealings with customer service, I decided that I will make due with what I have and next time replace the faucet with a solid metal faucet that is more durable. When making the replacement, going to seriously consider HansGrohe (brother of Grohe - company split after falling out) products - made in Germany, solid, more metal than plastic, nice heft with better durability. Replaced bathroom fixtures with HansGrohe and have been happy for 9 years. From what I've read in reviews here, HansGrohe is the preferred replacement by loyal Grohe owners that are looking for a more durable product.I'd gladly be open to buying Grohe products again if the quality were tightened up and if the lifetime warranties actually were good for a lifetime, not just a one time courtesy replacement.

Genuine parts, good price, fast shipping.
Grohe sure does not make it easy to find part numbers. Particularly on older 10 year + equipment. After a lot of searching I found what I thought would be the right part. And it was! This part replaced a worn, dirty and perforated flow selector. It arrived early and was very reasonably priced considering that a whole new handle would have been over $100.This part snapped in and makes a HUGE difference. It is like new , because it is.Part was packaged in OEM [ original equipment manufacturer ] packaging and there were no issues with the quality of the part.As I say the seller got me this part earlier than I expected and followed up with an email in a non-intrusive way to make sure I was satisfied.I am posting photos of my faucet, keep in mind while yours may look different, the selector membrane is probably used on many models.I am sorry I do not have the measurements, I'll try to get those up later. But for now the photos ought to help. One is of the back base of the faucet and it saysGROHEA112.18.1MMade in Germany0206-03

Popped in the new Membrane and now my Kitchen Faucet looks like new
I refurbished my kitchen in 2009. By 2016 this membrane was looking worse for the wear, the edges had lifted and dirt was beginning to cake the seams. By 2017 the spray button was worn through and my faucet looked like crap. Thank goodness I found this replacement. I bought 2 so should get years more use out of my faucet. I am really happy with this product, it snapped very easily into place after the original part was popped out.

Perfect fit. I hope it lasts a while.
This genuine OEM replacement part fit perfectly. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the original part should never have failed in the first place. By failure, I mean that the rubber by the round button tore from repeated use. The underlying cause appears to be 1) the actual button under the rubber has a small surface area, and 2) the plastic button requires a decent amount of force to activate causing wear on the rubber from the underside.

Exactly the solution I was looking for
Perfect solution to my problem. Over the years, the membrane on my faucet arm had become sticky and was impossible to clean. I’ve seen other suggestions about using Isopropyl alcohol, baking soda, etc. but they never worked. I was glad to find these on Amazon, very pleased at the fact that it fit my faucet. The replacement process itself was fairly straightforward.

Right product, right price, right service
As the headline says. This is what you want if your grohe is looking terrible and growing mold in the head mechanism. You need a new one of these to keep the water out. These are the folks to get it from.

I cannot blame the seller on this, so the ...
I cannot blame the seller on this, so the one star does not reflect on him. The membrane arrived promptly and fits perfectly. Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem in my Grohe Ladylux faucet. The spray mechanism below the membrane apparently is worn out, and the new membrane could not fix it. The faucet is 15 years old and I was trying to save myself $100, but I will have to replace the pull out sprayer.

Much too big for our faucet.
Way too large for our faucet. The product description was vague; it states that the membrane dimensions are 1" x 1" x 0". Although that's impossible (except maybe in Flatland), it at least suggested the membrane was about an inch long, and our Grohe faucet (not sure which model it is) has a sprayer button hole about 1 1/8" long, so I figured I'd try it. Mistake. This membrane is about 2" long. I may return it now, although the shipping costs (here and back) will basically destroy my reimbursement.
