For this price it's a great smart bulb
I personally have yet to buy any of the higher end smart bulbs like "Hue" but I am very pleased with the results of these more cost efficient bulbs. They have more then enough features to make the price worth it. I personally have a schedule on my bulbs to turn on and off at certain times. You can also have them turn on or off when you leave or arrive within a certain perimeter of the location. It's got some color effects your can turn on if you're into that. The brightness is pretty good but could be better. My only pet peve is that if your bulb is on a light switch and someone accidentally turns that switch on and off a few times, it'll reset the bulbs connection to the wifi and you'll have to go through that set up phase again. So do keep that in mind if you have one on a common switch.Other then that you can't go wrong with this smart bulb.

Beware limited features!!
I had a Feit color changing bulb with RF remote that I bought at Menards years ago (the white setting wasn’t very bright, but OK). It failed recently and I shopped Amazon for a replacement. This product (also Feit brand but with a much higher lumen and watt rating than my old one - meaning at least the white would be brighter) enticed me to spend an extra $5 or so for the WiFi/smart bulb, vs other manufacturer’s products that were RF remote instead of App enabled WiFi bulbs like the Feit color changer. This bulb works only on 2.4 ghz WiFi band. My router is set to intelligently switch between 2.4 and 5 ghz with one network name. I have had no problems connecting any new or old WiFi device I have to the network with these settings). Yet, I could not get the bulb to detect/connect with the app and my router on this router setting. I had to reprogram my router to separate 2.4 and 5 ghz bands (with different names for each) to connect the bulb (meaning I’d have to reconnect my myriad of WiFi enabled devices to one or the other of my now separate and separately named 2.4 and 5 ghz WiFi networks). Once I completed that task, the bulb easily connected to the 2.4 ghz network I created. However, upon doing all that work, and then playing with the bulb-controlling app, I found you can only set it to a static color, or white (note: there are different options/grades of white; from soft, to daylight, etc, which was nice, and the white was nicely bright in any white setting). My complaint is that unlike my old RF remote controlled Feit color changing bulb, this bulb did not have the option to set to an auto rotation of the colors so that it cycles through each color, fading from one to the next. I could pick from many different color gradients, but only one color at a time, even if I picked from the offered main ROYBGV offerings instead of customizing the color using the “120 color” gradient selection scale.Considering my old bulb could do this with a simple remote button push, it was clear that this bulb WOULD be capable of it, but the app doesn’t offer that as a setting option. Figuring I, perhaps, just wasn’t finding the right setting in the app, I called Feit customer service. My call was picked up quickly, and after explaining my question- can I set it to cycle through colors automatically- I was told I would be “transferred to that department” (what ever that means). After being left on hold for 10+ minutes (triggering my Amazon return process while waiting) only to be told what I already really knew (that it can’t), I hung up and returned it.Instead I bought another RF controlled bulb from another manufacturer (Sunnest), which DOES cycle through colors. I got that bulb today, and the white is plenty bright, much better than the bulb I was replacing. I can choose a static color, or three different modes of cycling through colors (a feature I use frequently), among other features, like, the two most recent colors, timers, and also many, many different static color variants (120, like the Feit WiFi color changing bulb, to be exact). It cost $5 less, and I’m very happy with the Sunnest bulb (Sunnest 120 color LED bulb) I replaced it with.PROS on the Feit WiFi color changing bulb: very bright white, with many options of white style; 120 different color settings to choose from using an app controlled gradient disk. Ability to control from anywhere (once connected, whether on your WiFi or not): options like turning on or off, dimming (white only), scheduling on/off, and choosing color/white - all from your phone or an authorized friend/family member’s phone.Cons: inability to connect to a smart switching 2.4/5ghz WiFi router, thus necessitating the need to reprogram router to split bands and redo all other WiFi devices to connect to one or the other band; inability to set bulb to automatically cycle through colors; poor customer service from product manufacturer. If color cycling isn’t a desired feature for you, and you only have a 2.4 ghz WiFi router, already have them split, or don’t mind reprogramming a router and all your other WiFi devices and choosing manually which band you want those devices to connect to, then by all means, buy this. Otherwise, choose an option with an RF remote, or go way more expensive and spend $100+ (being very conservative here) on a kit that requires a smart home hub, like the Phillp’s smart bulb kit.

Works better than expected.
I had been debating on what kind of smart bulbs I wanted to use in my home and then I stumbled upon these bulbs. Compared to most A19 bulbs they are cheaper and have a lot more features. There is a little instruction booklet that comes with each bulb and it makes setup a breeze. The main thing to note is that you will need to download the FEIT Electric app for your smart device and create an account which is very simple. From there you install a bulb turn it on and perform a quick setup to connect to it. Once the bulb is connected you can rename it to anything you would like and start to manage the plethora of settings which ranges from a variety of white choices to a variety of colors. They are also having a dimming feature that you can use with any color you choose.I have several Echo devices in my home, all I had to do was open the Alexa app go to skills search for Feit electric and link my account. From there you are able to search for new devices and it found the bulbs without any issues.I am purchasing more of these to finish my house and would highly recommend these bulbs to anybody that is in the market for smart bulbs and home automation.

Great, relatively low cost WiFi RGB bulbs
Setup and installation is a breeze. If you're installing multiple into a single fixture it's easier to twist the bulb on and off to get it into its setup mode than it is to turn the switch on and off.Integrates well with Alexa and Google Home. It can also be assigned to rooms, so instead of saying "Hey Google, turn off the bedroom lights" if you're in the bedroom, you can simply say "Hey Google, turn off the lights" to turn off only the lights in that room. Or you can turn on/off all connected lights, turn off individual lights, change color, change color temperature, schedule times, etc.The Feit app is pretty no-frills, but it does work even if you aren't connected to the same local WiFi as the bulbs.I have six of these bulbs so far, and I'm planning on buying a couple dozen more.

Great, compact smart lights for the money
I bought these after returning several other brands due to lack of brightness plus the unnecessarily large size of the lights. Have had for a couple of weeks without any problems. No hub required, 800 lumens, and tunable white are all great features. The only complaint I have is the lack of configurable "scenes" in the app (which is the reason I gave it 4 stars) as compared with some other brands. But that being said, I would buy these again over the other lights I had received prior. Great smart bulbs!

Works great!
A little clunky on the setup process but overall very easy to get connected to the app. I appreciate all the earlier comments reminding me to use a 2.4ghz connection for my iPhone (it's also in the instructions). I just moved to the end of my WiFi range, the phone switched to 2.4 and after that setup was very quick. Connecting via Amazon Alexa took even less time and works very well. I'd suggest a sunset setting like the Belkin products have for setting on times but that's a minor inconvenience.

Colourful
I love this bulb. Both my son and I have one. He likes that it can change to whatever colour you want and I like that I can turn it on and off easily. I use both the app and Alexa.
