Good omega supplement
First, I was really hoping to try this some time ago, but I ended up getting bronchitis and had to delay taking it. Sad, but so it goes. But now that I've had a chance to try it I'm happy with it. First, it's simply easy to take. That's a big help. It is essentially odorless and tasteless. The serving is 3 capsules, but they're easy to swallow. It completes the supplements that my nutrition tracker suggests, so for me it's a very convenient way to get what I need. There is a 1-month supply. Considering the dose, that's pretty good, even if I usually prefer longer-lasting supplies of supplements. All told, this is a good one.

High dose, high quality omega-3 from anchovies
Totally makes sense that AG1, maker of the premier powdered green drink, would branch into other supplements. What surprises me is that the price is not as bad as I'd expect, I mean given how expensive AG1 is. This is a high quality, very high dose Omega-3, for only a slightly higher monthly price than the other brands I've used to get the same quality/quantity. I always aim for 1000mg EPA and 500mg DHA, and this exceeds both. If it can stay in a less-than-40-bucks/month range, I'd say it's a no brainer now which brand when you're choosing. To me, the fishy smell from the bottle is not as bad as others, and the capsules, like all Omega 3, are large, with these maybe being slightly fatter yet slightly shorter than most. As for all the other good stuff - it came double sealed, with more than 1.5 yrs expiration, from sustainably caught wild fish (anchovies), and third party tested. The latter is an NSF for Sports certification, which verifies what's in the capsules, checks for unsafe levels of contaminants, and monitors that the laboratory is GMP certified and audited annually. The one thing which isn't clear is where they're made, but the origin/distribution is in US. Finally, for what it's worth, the only weird thing I can see is that the bottle photo on the product page lists a variety of small fish but the bottle specifies anchovies only.

Good fish oil softgels providing 750mg of fish oil per softgel.
I don’t eat nearly enough fish, even though the benefits are well known. So, I take fish oil supplements to reduce inflammation and support cardiovascular. Each of these sofgels contain 750mg of fish oil. I take 1 sofgel twice per day for a total of 1500mg/day. These softgels do not cause me any stomach upset, and the price is reasonable, so I’m rating them 5-stars.

Taking 3 a day is a lot
I was interested in trying these based on the AG1 name. I like to take Omega 3 for heart and brain benefits. I don't like fish so these come in handy. While I have had no issue taking these, I was surprised that the service size is 3 capsules a day. Other brands I have taken are 1 or 2 capsules a day. The AG1 capsules are of good size so the question is, why 3 capsules a day? To take one at breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a lot and a lot to remember to do. Also, for travel carrying that many for a week of travel is cumbersome in my opinion. Outside of the service size, the Omega 3 pills have not caused any issues and is hopefully working.

An Ultra Mega Dosage of Omega-3.
This Omega-3 supplement offered by AG is the highest potency that I have ever tried. It's well within the maximum suggested daily dosage of 5000mg (EPA and DHA plus fatty acids conbined); but nevertheless, if you are not used to an ultra dose such as this, you may wish to gradually increase your softgel intake, so as not to risk an upset stomach, nausea, acid reflux or diarrhea (or possible additional side effects). As the recommended dosage is 3 softgels to be taken with food (which are sizable, needless to say), I am starting off with one capsule and will work my way up to two, then three, to therefore build up my tolerance. The company appears to be both environmentally conscious and quality conscious in their production of this supplement as well; it is non-GMO and third party tested using wild-caught small fish. The bottle arrived dual safety sealed and offers a generous expiration date of Jan. 2027.The softgels have a slight fishy-lemon-rosemary scent which I didn't find to be objectionable and while sizable, were easy enough to swallow without any residual burpiness.I will be paying a close watch on whether or not the high dosage of this supplement proportionately enhances its benefits (i.e. maintaining a healthy heart, controlling inflammation and lowering high blood pressure and triglcerides). Stay tuned.

Great Omega 3 Supplement
Perfect Omega 3 suplement. I have tried others that give you fish burbs, and that just gross. This has no such issue and works great.

A high quality fish oil supplement!
This AG Omega supplement is made with small fish, and is third-party tested for quality which I appreciate. This brand is known for quality and this omega supplement is no different. While the dosage is a little intimidating at three large gel caps, I found them easy to take. I experienced no ill side effects or bad smells, tastes, or burps. I took them before breakfast, but shortly followed with a meal.I love the benefits of a good omega supplement for my cognitive and heart health and that this is high in DHA and EPA.It is on the pricey side, but considering the high quality dose you’re getting- I consider this a good buy!
