Great charger

the wire come as a USB-C end but has an adaptor to the unseal USB. nice long wire and the magnetic end which is nice and strong. the only thing i don't like is the charging time, not fast at all.

Terrible, broke after 12 days, says it’s charging her the battery goes down!

Magnet strength is excellent, as is the length of the wire. It’s fast charging and is much better than a plug in charger. Really good quality too, I’d definitely buy again

The company have provided great customer service, they saw my review below and reached out to me to offer a refund. They are looking at the issues I raised to see if they can resolve them moving forward as they weren’t aware that the charger didn’t work with the Quadlock case. Hopefully they will find a solution in future. However for me this charger doesn’t work for my needs I use a MagSafe quad lock case on an IPhone 14 and it won’t charge with the case on which is designed to work with MagSafe chargers. Take the case off and I get a very slow charge.

complete for most, if not all users USB a and c connection fast charging if your device accepts that, good magsafe attaching !

This wireless charger charges my iphone well. The magnetic is strong enough to stay put but easy to remove the phone from - I have a thin mirror-type regular case (not a specific magsafe case)on my phone and it charges fine through that, I'm not sure how well it work through a thicker, non-magsafe case. It makes charging my phone overnight much more convenient. It does get a little warm while charging but nothing alarming. I use it to charge my phone overnight so can't comment too much on how quickly it charges. It's good value for money.
