It doesn't smell like cider just apple. Good for when I have headaches as this scent will not aggravate them.

Great shampoo ever

I've been using the Avalon Organics Lavender shampoo and conditioner and like it a lot. I especially like that it has EWG approval for safe cosmetics, and is non-GMO certified. So trying this apple cider version was interesting. I love it even more than the lavender. I used it without conditioner and just used a little argan oil instead after washing. My hair was totally smooth and shiny, and healthier looking than it has been in a long time! I love the ingredient list, and loved the results!

I like this shampoo, it cleans so well my hair squeaks as I rinse it. But it doesn't dry my hair, which is a plus. And please don't be afraid that it smells like vinegar because the scent is a lovely, mild fruit scent. It's not tested on animals which makes me happy, and the price is fairly reasonable for what it is.

It really cleans build up. Leaves hair shinny. The first day i used i was a bit dissatisfied as it didn’t lather much, so i applied twice snd conditioned. The second day, my hair was mire receptive and i wet it really well. It lathered and i was motivated. I let my hair air dry, it is very shinny and soft. I think your hair has to become used to it.

This is good for balancing your ph.

This shampoo does an okay job of washing your hair but if you don't use conditioner, your hair might dry out. The price is reasonable and the scent not overwhelming. The apple smell is very subtle, and the texture is on the thick side like hand wash. I'm not sure if this would replace my favorite shampoo brand, but it works adequately.Katiebabs

I'm not a huge fan of this shampoo. I have a lot of long, thick and curly hair. I always shampoo my roots to loosen up any dirt. I feel like I have to shampoo twice to get my hair to feel clean. The ingredients are great, there isn't a vinegar smell and I'm sure this shampoo works well for others. Just not the shampoo for me.
