Basd Organic Moisturizing Body Lotion, Invigorating Mint, Natural Skin Care, Vegan, Hypoallergenic, 15.2 Ounce Bottle

This is great lotion: very moisturizing, natural ingredients, and the smell is invigorating just as the name suggests. The lotion has a slight cooling effect which will nice in the summer. The scent is not overwhelming, so I can use this daily. The only problem was that the bottle wasn’t very well protected during shipping (it arrived in a bubble mailer), and the tip of the pump where the lotion comes out had broken off (see picture). I’ve been trying to make it work as is, but it’s realy hard to get the lotion out with a broken pump, so I’m having the item exchanged for a new one.

This is the first plant based, organic lotion I’ve used and I LOVE it!The invigorating mint lotion not only smells AMAZING, but leaves your skin feeling fresh and tingly! This lotion is made with organic ingredients and is paraben free! It’s a 0 on the Think Dirty App, which means it’s the one of the cleanest lotions out there!I would recommend this product to everyone and will definitely be repurchasing!

I love this moisturizer, but I suggest buying it from the actual website. Pump came broken, there’s a hole or something missing somewhere, it pumps but nothing comes out. Again, love the actual product. It smells almost like a breath mint, has a cooling effect, not too thick/thin, and spreads well.

This product got a great rating on thinkdirty; so it’s very natural and not loaded with potentially harmful chemicals. It’s also a really great value when you calculate the price per ounce! Well worth the risk trying a full bottle to see if you like it. I did, and I’m super happy with this product. I’ve got a super sensitive nose so I was worried about the scent, but it hasn’t been a problem. The moisturizer works great and has been keeping my normally dry hands feeling great.

In an effort to convert my cosmetics and other items to “cleaner” versions, I ordered this product as a replacement to the Jergens hand lotion I previously used. The lotion itself is very lightweight and feels good on hands. I’m not sure how effective if it would be if you have really dry, cracked hands, but it works great as an everyday hand lotion for me. The mint scent is pleasant but not overpowering. When applied all over to larger body area, such as my legs, it created a cooling sensation. It wasn’t unpleasant, just FYI if you’re looking for this to be an all-over body lotion. Overall, I’ve been pleased and will likely re-order.

I just received the Basd Body Lotion this week and I’m already obsessed! I was a little concerned about the scent, but the other reviewers are right when they say the Invigorating Mint is subtle. I find the scent to be very soothing as well.The consistency of this lotion is way better than any other natural moisturizing products that I’ve tried. It doesn’t leave your hands sticky at all, which is a huge plus! While it is a little thinner than ordinary lotion, it rubs in quickly and doesn’t run at all. I’d highly suggest the Basd lotion.

This is just a great body moisturizer. I got the creame brulee first and didn't care for the scent. I wanted to send it back and order mint and the Basd people said keep the creame and give to someone, I gave it to my 90 year old mom who loves it, how great is that! I then ordered the mint and love it. Going to order the body wash. The consistency is great, very absorbing, rather tingling, and a subtle tightening of my skin, like I put a primer on my legs. Do give this try. Thank you Basd people!

I bought this lotion after seeing it at Credo and trusting their credibility for reviewing safer beauty products. The lotion smells minty and absorbs well into my skin. It does not leave any residue or feel oily after absorption. Also, the smell is not overwhelming and I feel is very refreshing.

I originally bought this lotion at a health food store, and the bottle lasted be ~2 years of regular use on my legs and body. The mint one is fantastic in both the summer and winter, making you slightly tingly and end up smelling like an after eight mint. I have SUPER dry skin, and this helps after shaving. I wish it came in a glass bottle, though.

I like this product. A little goes a long way and it gives a nice refreshing tingling feeling. My only con is that it leaves white streaks son my skin and it take forever to rub it into skin so the white streaks disappear. If I’m wearing any dark coloured clothing I find it rubs off on my clothing leaving a white mark that I have to wipe off with a cloth, reminds me of depressant stains although much easier to get off. Don’t think I’d order again due to this reason, but it has good ingredients and is a good product.

I love this lotion. I have really sensitive skin so it’s really difficult for me to find skin care products that don’t give me a rash. These products are great for sensitive skin and I love the scents - mint and crepe brûlée are my favourites! I am also very conscious about using products with unnatural chemicals on my body - this brand use organic essential oils, which I love.

I like how well this moisturizes, though it is a bit oily. The mint scent is natural and pretty strong. The pump failed to prime the first time I used it. (A few dozen tries, and yes, I unlocked the head by twisting it.) The following day it worked immediately though. And then the pump head broke off, so I will need to transfer the lotion into a new container.

Very nice product and worth the money. Scent is great and moisturizing is well above average.
