I wanted to make sure to answer some of the questions that I had when looking at all of the reviews.The biggest concern was that the size measurements were incorrect by the many reviews insisting that they thought the necklace was bigger. However, the sizing is correct. It is exactly 1.18 (1 3/16th) in length by .5 (1/2 inch) in width. I am under the impression that the pictures were used as a sizing mechanism. The images are not to scale. The images were magnified to show detail.I hope this helps to answer the questions people had on this necklace. Feel free to keep reading if you want my biased opinion.This necklace is exactly what I wanted.I am really happy that I got this necklace. I loved the intricate metalwork of the setting and the simplicity of the piece. The amber is beautifully polished and a lovely shade of orange-yellow. I was pleasantly surprised on the chain. I had thought that I would switch it out but it really works with the pendent.

This is probably worth about the $18 bucks I paid for it, certainly no more. The chain & mounting are sterling, but the mold they poured it in left a little bit of a wrinkle on one side of the bezel where the "stone" is mounted. And I say "stone" just as a label. This is a plastic bead, not an actual stone. On the back it is visible where the bead would have been extracted from its mold. It isn't visible from the front. It's a pretty design. Giving it to my daughter as one of her birthday gifts, but it's nothing super special. If you buy it just don't set your expectations too high. I had considered getting the earrings, but decided otherwise since receiving the necklace.

There's something about amber that I absolutely love. Perhaps it's that it is an organic compound turned to a hard, hard substance. In may ways it reminds me a of clear crystalized honey. This pendant is gorgeous. I am very happy that I bought this for my wife and she is very happy to have received it.The Celtic design is simplistic enough to be nice yet complex enough to be striking. It looks very nice with any combination of several of my earlier purchases of amber earrings.

Looooooove! Oh man! Perfect color, perfect length on chain, and the chain is a wonderful style. I will not be changing the chain. I wish the clasp was a little bigger on back of chain, but definitely not a deal breaker. I bought matching ring and earrings to this necklace...all the colors matched so well. I was a little worried that this wouldn't match just because the pic color is a little light, but as you can see in my pic it's not light at all. It matches my set to the "t" and I'm so so happy with it.

Very pretty. I love amber and I love the design, but I would love it if it were bigger. The chain is a little small. I ended up ordering a longer one to use with it. I love how the specks in the amber sparkle in the light.

I bought this necklace as a gift for my sister in law for Christmas and she absolutely love it. Bought the Sterling Silver Amber Celtic Design Marquis Dangle Earrings to go with the necklace as a set for her. Everything seemed to be well received.

Wife loved it. It is a little smaller than expected but not too small. The chain didn't fit her neck, so we had to swap it out for a different one we already had. Over all, great find!

I gave this necklace to friend maybe 6 years ago and she wears it almost everyday. Her name is Amber and it matches

It's pretty, but I'd really expected a longer chain when judging by the picture. Arrived early.
