Great for group photos, but with the grid, also great for individual portraits. Fits perfectly with the Bowens mount onto a Westcott FJ400. Use a sturdy light stand, preferably a C-Stand, with sandbags if you want to ensure it doesn't tip over. It's light enough, but don't take the risk not to. The only flaw is that the threads for the extension to use the parabolic deflector disc are not properly cut. You can screw it in a little bit, but not all the way.
