A good beginner’s kit for a basic squat rack. I have advanced in my training and needed to add more options to be able to do more muscle building exercises. This kit provided just that. Easy setup and great quality. You can do a good variety of exercises and it doesn’t take up much space at all. Highly recommend!

works as described. all pieces were in the box and fit and finish and build quality was good, all fabric was smooth and seemed strong, nothing flimsy or frayed. all metal parts were polished and smooth, no burrs or sharp edges noted. all moving parts worked smoothly with no issues. the only issue that i have with this product is that to make it work for a lat pull type exercise, you need high ceiling for full range of motion or a high hook or bar to attach it to. ceilings in my garage are probably 9 feet and i have a bar bolted to the ceiling to attach it to. i have to sit on the floor to do a lat pull which works but sitting on a stool or bench might be better. same with tricep pushdown. otherwise, its good equipment at a very affordable price and works as described. does it take the place of a tower? no. but something you can use at home that won't break the bank, which you can store easily is to me, worth it. just know to get the best use out of it you will need high point to attach it to.

I purchased this set mainly for the wide pull-down bar and extra weight holder, but I have ended up using most of the pieces. I am super happy with the quality and smooth function of the pulleys and think this kit was a great value. I do with the tricep pull rope had ends that were larger around though. My wife has smaller hands and the size of the ball end is just a bit too small so that when she uses it for overhead tricep extensions she smashes her fingers. If the base were bigger around, she could get her palm edges to push and her fingers wouldn't hurt. The size issue brings the review down to a 4-star, but I would repurchase this kit and heartily recommend it to others.

This thing is great. I have had troubles in the past with isolating the triceps and this setup really helps Id definitely recommend getting the won with the aluminum pulley vs.the nylon pulley. excellent quality . I wholeheartedly recommend!!!

This pull down set up is a lot better than I expected and was easy to setup. The exercises benefit me greatly. Also it's heavy duty and made to last. I used to use a pull down gadget I hung on my door that was built with rubber tubes. It worked OK until it snapped apart. This new pull down seems that it will last forever. It's great! Thanks

Great system. Great price. Solid.

Works well. Value is there and if you need a cost effective way to add cable machine exercises. Only thing is unless you get another pulley or get craft they will all be overhead exercises.
