Okayyy so I’ve been using this waist trainer for a few days now and I’m honestly loving it! I’ve mostly worn it on my walks but today I worked out in it and it felt so good. The material is super soft — no stiff wires or anything uncomfortable, which I love.One of my favorite things about it is that it’s not just a waist trainer — it’s a full vest! It goes all the way up your back and the straps wrap around under your arms too. So you’re not just sweating around the waist… you’re also getting that heat in your upper back and underarms, which is perfect for me because I love targeting those areas.The detachable belt lets me tighten it how I want, and it actually stays in place. No rolling, no shifting, no weird bulging like with other ones I’ve tried. I could feel the sweat building up so fast — even just walking in it gets things going. Feel snatched , supports back, and definitely makes me sweat ! Great product and can’t wait to see results as I continue to use. I would say the waist trainer is super stretchable with that being said I would personally size down to a small for more of snatched feeling my waist is 33 in. for reference. But if you want to feel not as restricted size accordingly to size chart.

I am 147 lbs, 5’5. I ordered size Small. It feels good, gives comfortable compression around belly area and waist. Material is soft and stretches well, great price and good quality material. Must buy the correct size. I am usually a size M, I bought the size S based on reviews and it fit perfectly

This product really works! The sweat production is wonderful and when paired with the Sweat Now stick it’s even better.No rolling or itchy fabric and the material is durable and strong.

I don't like it it doesn't stay in place it rise up every few minutes I have to put it down

Overall I love the fit and feel of this product. It has a nice tightness to it but breathable and comfortable at the same time! 10/10 would recommend!
