Quality Build, ease of use, and the coffee!
Love this portable grinder. Quality and durability seem to sum it up with a nicely set handle that makes grinding easy. Took it on month long holiday and used it daily with great results. Easy to adjust grind for varied types like drip, espresso, or aero. Love size, quality, and coffee!

Portable Manual Coffee Grinder with Adjustable Grind Settings – Simple and Consistent for Daily Use
I’ve been using this manual coffee grinder regularly and wanted to share an honest, straightforward review. I was looking for something compact and easy to use that didn’t rely on electricity and could still give consistent results. The grinder feels solid in hand and is easy to assemble and clean. Adjusting the grind size is straightforward, and once set, it stays in place during use. I’ve used it for different brewing methods, and the grind consistency has been noticeably better than basic entry-level grinders I’ve tried before. Grinding by hand is smooth and doesn’t feel overly strenuous, even when doing a full load. The size works well for countertop use, but it’s also easy to pack for travel or take on trips. I appreciate being able to control the grind without needing a bulky or noisy electric grinder. Overall, this has been a practical and reliable addition to my coffee routine. It’s a good option for anyone who wants a simple, manual grinder that’s easy to use and store, whether at home or on the go.

Excellent value.
It works remarkably well. I am able to grind fine enough to pull good espresso shots using a non-pressurized portafilter basket. And I can then grind coffee when I want to do pour-overs. It's well made and the 60g capacity is welcome, although I should note that this capacity refers to the amount of ground coffee that the unit can hold. There's no way to get 60 or even 45 grams of whole beans into the grinding chamber.

Grinds well and with not too much effort
This small grinder is perfect for travel and for making coffee for one, maybe two people. I had another kind of small grinder that was unusable for me because it was so hard to turn the crank. At 15, which is the finest grind range the manual recommended for pour-over, the crank was pretty easy for me to turn. The hand holding the grinder was getting more fatigued and I had to switch twice (I am an old woman). Could be a good hand workout. I tried holding it between my knees but it's not meant for that and the handle didn't clear right. The build appears solid and I prefer steel grinding over ceramic.

It works great!
Just received it, and the first thing I did was to test grind on the finest setting for a test shot of espresso, using medium roast beans. Choked on my machine so definitely can get it fine enough, and then some. I plan on using this for Aeropress or pour overs. May occasionally try my hand on using it with light roast espressos, since my espresso machine’s built in grinder recommended medium and dark roasted beans. Although, I may have a different opinion based on how it handles lighter roasts.

A better hand grinder then expected
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I never leave 4 star review. This grinder was for glamping/camping but the ease of use, its compactness and because it does a better job then my electric one, well it's is amazing. A whole lot more quiet than the electric one. It takes 3 times as long to grind the coffee but it fits enough coffee for three cups of strong brew and does a better job of grinding. It is easy to grind. Grind quality: Perfect. Compact size: yap. Works well: So far no problem but then I read the directions and I do not clean it with water, ... Design: Wouldn't change a thing, well may a more substantial carry bag.

Well made grinder
Got this on a discount and am very satisfied with it. Much more consistent grind than a blade grinder around the same price. It hold about 3 tablespoons of beans per grind, so it takes a few uses if you are preparing a larger brew. However, it grinds pretty quick and it is worth the small amount of extra time for the superior grind it provides. Also it is very compact to store in the provided pouch, so it is easy to bring along for things like camping. Also feels very well made and seems like it will last a long time.

Excellent, well-made grinder.
Excellent quality. Well made and easy to disassemble and clean. Operates quietly and smoothly. Very wide selection of grind sizes from coarse to spice-fine. Burr grinding blades are machined perfectly to allow very minute adjustments in grind size. Easy to operate, although instructions say turn handle clockwise for regular grinding. Counterclockwise handle turn does nothing. Also, you should have a non-slip pad under the grinder during use as it tends to skid around on counter. All in all, we are very satisfied with it, and recommend it.

Metal grinder does its job very well and the grinder is extremely smooth to operate. The fine settings are perfect for V60 pourovers. Filling the grinder fully with beans is just nice for about 2 cups of coffee.

This was a great purchase, have been using it for a few weeks now. I had been using a battery powered conical burr grinder for a few years but the battery went dead (no longer charges). Before that, I had a hand/manual grinder similar to this, but was a ceramic burr (not stainless steel), was slower to grind and harder to operate. I find this is superior to my previous manual grinder (and even the battery grinder) in multiple ways: - It's easier to hold (has a good grip around the main body of the grinder) - The handle doesn't jump off during use - The handle is a little longer .. so it has good leverage - It grinds faster! I just put one good scoop (using an aeropress scoop) of beans in, which fills up the hopper to about 2/3rds. This is enough for a good strong long-black style coffee (I use a moka pot). I have the grind set to quite fine (about '8' I think) and it takes maybe 45-50 seconds to grind. Cleaning is no issue .. I don't bother using the brush (provided) the majority of the time. Just a good tap on the benchtop before each use to shake any previous grounds into the glass container, then empty those out. I've found the grind quality to be spot-on too .. a good, even, fine grind every time. Highly recommended.
